13th May 2025 (1 year ago)Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had to constantly chase up for updates on the viewings that were booked in and how they went, which was pretty poor as they only managed 2 viewings in the 6 weeks they had the property on the market. we had to chase them for a plan on what they were going to do to get more viewings, 9000 hits on right move but only 2 viewings. all talk and unfortunately no action. the manager couldn't be any nicer to deal with just unfortunately the experience wasn't as good as we had hoped for.- 19th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I slightly misunderstood a request made by the lady who I was speaking to on the phone. She proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt belittled and actually a bit upset, even when I was trying to help and understand her. Not the type of interaction I expect from a professional solicitors.

What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. 17th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)On 16.july.25 we had an appointment with Anisah Aziz. She may have been a trainee, but this young lady was 100% professional. Clearly explained to older family members what was going on. Can't fault her in any way. Sure she have an amazing career. Thankyou happy client.
14th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Cutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed. Be wary.

I first contacted them when I was looking for a flat to rent, and from the very beginning they were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward, and after moving in they were always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. Having tried several letting agencies over the past ten years, Bastion Property has genuinely been the best. Their communication, reliability, and overall approach made a huge difference. I would highly recommend them.
