Particular thanks to Dianne and Lynda who guided us through the home-buying process and went above and beyond when complications arose.
19th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
13th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Homes for You were excellent from start to finish. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, and their communication throughout the selling process was first class. I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

The staff work as a team which makes for great customer care. They offer excellent advice on how to obtain the best price for your property.

31st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago).Fine so far as it goes- 19th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)I slightly misunderstood a request made by the lady who I was speaking to on the phone. She proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt belittled and actually a bit upset, even when I was trying to help and understand her. Not the type of interaction I expect from a professional solicitors.

17th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)On 16.july.25 we had an appointment with Anisah Aziz. She may have been a trainee, but this young lady was 100% professional. Clearly explained to older family members what was going on. Can't fault her in any way. Sure she have an amazing career. Thankyou happy client.
14th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Cutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed. Be wary.

I first contacted them when I was looking for a flat to rent, and from the very beginning they were professional, kind, and incredibly easy to deal with. The whole process was straightforward, and after moving in they were always friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. Having tried several letting agencies over the past ten years, Bastion Property has genuinely been the best. Their communication, reliability, and overall approach made a huge difference. I would highly recommend them.
