Lisa and the team are always on hand any time we’ve needed them and they’ve been really proactive in dealing with any issues that have came up. Our portfolio is quite spread out, so without SHH we would be struggling to keep on top of it. They allow us to be very hands off which is vital for us Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent! Thanks again!

O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

She has been extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the process. It doesn't happen often that, after a viewing, you actually receive answers to the questions you ask. India not only got back to me promptly with all the information I needed, but also went out of her way to make the search for the right property easier whilst brilliantly keeping me updated on the progress. With her outstanding attitude, professionalism, and a word that can be trusted, I see a very bright future ahead of her. What a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both India and Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Agents are so responsive on both phone and emails and they are really helpful with queries from confused first-time buyers like me. Even though I didn't offer on a property with Clyde, they were still so lovely on the phone. Whenever I sell in the future I will definitely chose Clyde!

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. 2nd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)My husband and I had rented from Property Bureau last year and met Lorna Donald and Yvonne Davies, the lovely ladies who are the faces of Property Bureau in Stirling. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights. This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office. We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.
