Everything was handled with the utmost efficiency, getting established was incredibly simple and friendly professionalism was maintained throughout the hasty process. I have experience with letting agents across the UK and in France and can say that this was the least stressful relocation experience I have undertaken in the past 20 years. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the moment we had our property valued we knew we wanted to go with Harbor. Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!
24th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Buyers and Sellers - Avoid! Based on my recent experiences as a prospective buyer, I would strongly advise both buyers and especially sellers to avoid using Clyde Properties. I attempted to arrange viewings with them on two separate occasions, and both interactions were consistently disappointing. Despite advertising “appointment only” viewings, they offered only open viewings. At the first property, it was clear that many attendees believed they had private appointments. The agent on site took no interest in the viewing, offered no information about the property, and repeatedly responded with “refer to the home report” to even basic questions. They appeared unfamiliar with the property and disengaged throughout. A second attempt to view another property was just as frustrating. Although the listing went live early in the week, the only viewings offered were during working hours on Friday and Monday. Despite requesting an alternative time well before the closing date, they made no effort to arrange one. Having sold a home through a different agency, the contrast in service quality was stark. Clyde Properties showed little willingness to work with buyers, and based on many other reviews I have since read, this seems to be a common complaint. For sellers, this lack of engagement is particularly concerning; an agency uninterested in supporting buyers will inevitably impact interest and offers. With so many other agencies offering far better service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I will avoid properties listed with Clyde in the future, and it appears many others feel the same.

Communication was always clear, and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br><br>A special thanks to Caroline, who was particularly supportive and professional throughout the process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a real difference.<br><br>Overall, I would highly recommend DJ Alexander to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency. Thank you to Caroline and the entire team for providing such a positive experience.

When we viewed the flat, it looked absolutely stunning, and Zoe showed us around and made us feel very welcome. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to reply to emails throughout the entire renting process. Her communication and support made everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home.
