2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)The process of selling our house was completely hassle free from start to finish. Sarah visited us pre sale & explained the proposed timeline of events & all the associated costs from Home report, selling, marketing & conveyance. We were advised how to present the property for marketing purposes & all appointments were as per the arrangements made. Our house sold very quickly in no small part down to the excellent promotional material produced by Sarah with the help of her large presence on Social media. In summary we were delighted with the service we received from Sarah at Property Connections & would recommend her services to others in a heartbeat.
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.<br><br>I had a viewing booked for today at 4:40 PM. I arrived around 4:30 PM and waited outside for approximately 30 minutes, but nobody showed up.<br><br>I then went to the office to find out what was going on. The staff there called the person who was apparently supposed to be handling the viewing, only to be told that there was no viewing booked for me today.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already spoken to them about this viewing beforehand, and I also received a call from them this morning confirming that my viewing was at 4:40 PM today.<br><br>So I travelled there, waited outside for half an hour, and then had to go to their office myself just to be told that apparently there was no appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating.<br><br>If you can’t manage your own viewing appointments or communicate properly with customers, at least have the professionalism to let people know rather than making them travel and stand outside waiting for someone who isn’t coming.<br><br>Very poor communication, organisation and customer service. I would seriously think twice before dealing with this company.

Alyson was always at the other end of the phone or email if we needed to ask anything. Such a lovely person to deal with at a time that should be stressful. Thanks again for everything!

They were not particularly proactive, communication was poor at times, and the service felt quite old-fashioned and outdated compared with what I would expect from a modern property company. The weekend staff in particular could also benefit from some training in basic customer service.

As I don't live in the area, I rely heavily on their ability to resolve any issues that arise, and I've been very pleased with how they have done so.
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Lisa was fantastic throughout the purchase of my new home in Larbert.<br><br>From the very first viewing, she was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was absolutely no pressure, which made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable.<br><br>From viewing the property right through to picking up the keys, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and completely stress-free. The whole Atrium team were always on hand to answer any questions I had and made the entire process feel so much easier than I expected.<br><br>The little gift from the Atrium team when I collected the keys was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. It really added a personal touch to an already fantastic customer experience and was a brilliant way to finish what had been a very stressful day!<br><br>A huge thank you to Lisa, Gemma and everyone at Atrium for making the purchase of my new home such a positive experience.<br><br>I would 100% recommend Atrium to anyone looking to buy a home in Larbert or anywhere across Central Scotland. They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property.
