She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.
25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)????? A First-Class Team We cannot recommend Property Connections in Bathgate highly enough. From start to finish, the service was slick, smooth, and very professional. Kevin Slattery was our estate agent and he is truly in a league of his own. Throughout the entire process, he remained incredibly efficient and maintained a calm, professional manner that instantly put us at ease from day one. His knowledge of the current property market and sales is second to none, he really knows his stuff. The social media coverage and the house video were brilliant and presented our home in the best possible light. Also a huge thank you also to the rest of the office team who kept us updated every step of the way, we never had to chase anyone for information. Selling a home is stressful, but Kevin’s sense of humour was much appreciated when things got tense. It made a world of difference! I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

1st Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!

From the initial consultation to completion, everything was handled smoothly and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent at every stage, and they were always available to answer questions and provide clear guidance, which made the whole experience stress-free. Their knowledge of the local market really stood out and gave me confidence that I was in good hands. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

It took slightly longer than I had hoped for but at the end of the day we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Carol was our main point of contact and she was great especially towards the end when things got a bit frantic with 3 offers in the space of a couple of days. Whilst our property was on the market we dealt with a number of people in the Stirling office and all of them were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the pre registration service with Clyde so we were ready to go when we found a property we wanted to go for. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde to sell your home. Very professional from start to finish.
2nd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)My husband and I had rented from Property Bureau last year and met Lorna Donald and Yvonne Davies, the lovely ladies who are the faces of Property Bureau in Stirling. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights. This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office. We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

After having our property listed with another agent for quite some time, we decided to switch to Bohome, and the difference was immediate. Viewings started straight away, and the property was sold in quick time at a great price. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone new to the area who is looking to sell their home.

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We were fairly rusty when it came to selling a property. So from the very beginning we were impressed by Debbie's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. We sold our house Clark Street at the end of 2025. The whole process was clear, there were no hidden costs and Debbie was very attentive to every detail. She kept in contact all the way through the process. We had a couple of times when buyers were mucking us about (putting in offers and then removing them. Also making appointments then cancelling, then re booking) She took it all in her stride, negotiated and kept going back to them to chase up issues. So looking back, she took a lot of the stress out of the process and would definitely use her service again and recommend her personal, effective, competitively priced approach. She really knows this areas market. Thank you Debbie!

There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.

From the very beginning, it was clear they take a genuinely customer-first approach, and that really sets them apart. They also helped me find my first home, which is something I’ll always be grateful for — it’s an experience that means a lot to me, and for that they’ll always have a special place in my journey. Whenever any issues arose, they were handled quickly and efficiently. Communication was always prompt, and you could tell they actually cared about resolving problems properly rather than just ticking boxes. Every concern I raised was taken seriously and actioned without unnecessary delays, which made a big difference. What stands out most is that they’re a small, family-run business, and it shows in the level of service you receive. Everything feels more personal, attentive, and considerate compared to larger agencies where you can feel like just another tenant. The whole team — from Olga, Giuseppe and Pippa to the staff working behind the scenes — do a fantastic job. 30th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Selling with Bohome made the process so much easier. Helpful, knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone. Even although they are located in the west and we sold in Midlothian, it makes no difference. Don't just rely on local Estate Agents. Bohome know the market all over Scotland and happy to travel to your home with their friendly approach to ease the whole sale. Even following up with you after you move to ensure you're settling in. Highly recommend.
