She has been extremely helpful, attentive, and proactive throughout the process. It doesn't happen often that, after a viewing, you actually receive answers to the questions you ask. India not only got back to me promptly with all the information I needed, but also went out of her way to make the search for the right property easier whilst brilliantly keeping me updated on the progress. With her outstanding attitude, professionalism, and a word that can be trusted, I see a very bright future ahead of her. What a wonderful experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both India and Allen & Harris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication. Five stars for Caron.

17th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Firstly and most Importantly if you read this review, stop and pick up the phone to Monarch.<br>I can guarantee you the next few things.<br><br>1. Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. Supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy and/or sell properties.<br>Karen has great knowledge of many local areas and committed to the process till the point properties are concluded and keys are handed to new owners, and if needed beyond this point too. While selling can be a stressful experience Karen remained a constant professional but friendly calmness providing helpful advice and knowledge.
