25th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Stephen Tew has done everything he promised, the way he said he'll do it, and it's worked. It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.
25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Abbie is a lovely estate agent and came across Abbie as a professional she explains the whole process of moving into a rented property's without any failures and seems to be a knowledgeable lady like she knows what she's doing when renting out properties to tenants I must admit that Abbie is patient, she explains the process of renting properties in a professional manner. I also would like to give a shout out to Hayley king too they both are awesome and I have received full on professionalism from both Abbie and Hayley king so I wish both Abbie and Hayley all the very best for future years to come I would definitely recommend Abbie and Hayley.
18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Buying a property is a serious decision, and good communication from an agency is extremely important. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to deal with them again.
28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

I have always been extremely happy with the level of care and service I receive as a landlord. All the staff are very helpful and work hard to find the best tenant. If I have problems or queries they are only too willing to advise me. Their level of care is amazing!! If you are looking for a first class agent I fully recommend Move Holmes.

13th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)? 1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Extremely poor communication and a complete waste of my time. I repeatedly contacted Kays over several weeks regarding a commercial property they were advertising for lease. Every time I called, I was told they did not yet have access to the premises and that they would contact me as soon as a viewing could be arranged. Despite numerous follow-up calls from me, nobody ever got back to me as promised. When I eventually called again for an update, I was informed that the property had already been let to someone else. If the property was attracting interest, I would have expected basic communication and professionalism. Instead, I was left chasing updates for weeks while receiving the same response over and over again, only to find out the opportunity had been given to someone else. This reflects very poorly on the service provided to prospective tenants and raises questions about how effectively properties are being marketed on behalf of landlords. I would not recommend dealing with this agency based on my experience.

We bought one house and sold two houses within 6 months . They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .
