This process was managed fairly and efficiently. Any queries we had via email were responded to by Rick or Lisa quickly. I thoroughly recommend County Estate Agents whether you are purchasing or selling a property.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)As a buyer, I cannot thank Lisa at MI Homes enough for the support she has shown me throughout. Unfortunately, I was faced with instructing a ‘bad’ solicitors! I turned to Lisa in times of trouble in which she was prompt, responsive and chased up anything I was struggling with when my solicitors was doing nothing. She went above and beyond for me, and nothing was too much, again I cannot thank her enough! Frank gave some very good advice regarding the price of the flat and things I could do to make it more saleable and Jackie in the office was a star keeping me informed with regular updates as the sale was progressing . What particularly impressed me was her willingness to take the initiative rather than simply allowing the issue to continue.<br><br>Her responsiveness, positive attitude, and determination to get the matter resolved made a real difference. It is very reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares about maintaining the property properly and finding solutions that work for everyone involved.<br><br>Excellent service from Jennifer and a great example of proactive property management. I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough.<br>This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors.<br>Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale.<br>When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.<br>They have worked miracles and managed to sell a property I thought would 'never sell in a million years' and achieved a good price. Thank you team!

They were very professional , courteous and friendly too. Which made approaching them easy. Nothing was to much trouble . So much so that I feel I have made a little friend with Eve . I would definitely use Unquie again and recommend anyone that is thinking of selling or buying to use them . Thank you to you all at Unique for making a stressful time less stressful .

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
