20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

7th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)We recently used countrywide Dennistoun to sell a property after the passing of a family member . They offered professional, friendly and helpful service . The whole process was handled with ease.We initially used them for a valuation of the property . Unlike other estate agents we contacted that then frequently contacted us to ask if we had made a decision to sell or not , countrywide gave us time and space until we were ready to proceed . Would highly recommend the team at Countrywide Dennistoun!
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at slater Hogg dennistoun have been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. Richard came out to value our house and explained everything clearly so we could understand the process. Zoe could not have been anymore helpful, keeping me updated with the viewings and answering any questions I had. Janice and Ben were also so helpful with booking in the viewings and making sure it was suitable for me! I also recommend David, their mortgage advisor, he has kept me sane the whole process of the mortgage. He explained everything in detail. I cannot thank all the team enough for the help and effort they have put in to selling my home and get our mortgage in process for our next property. Nothing is a bother to any of them and they are always on the ball! Thanks so much again to everyone at slater Hogg dennistoun.

29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Trust the reviews and listen to what George Reynold’s erratic responses tell you - this is how they communicate with you regarding everything tenancy-related. I won’t even be able to scratch the surface regarding all the hassle and unprofessionalism I’ve experienced in one review. Failed to meet the repair standard for very long list of issues, and rather than deal with any of them they issued notice to leave after telling me to move out if I wasn’t happy. Stayed in the property one month past the 3 month deadline (and paid for this!) and they tried to claim my whole deposit on the grounds I ‘absconded’ from the property and didn’t return keys. Saw this coming so sent them by tracked post. They continued to send me arrears emails/letters months after I moved out, despite them issuing the notice.. They don’t have a clue about the law so if you’re in desperate need of housing (I’d still stay clear) and willing to take a chance with these goons, know your rights. I’ve only just got my deposit back 4 months after leaving after having to go through the adjudication process. AVOID. Let’s see what response this one gets ????????

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you
