24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I can’t recommend Jason and the team at Harbor property highly enough. We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I contacted R&G Financial Services Ltd regarding a flat to rent. They firmly assured me that they would get back to me, but they completely disappeared. They never contacted me again and simply rented out the flat without any notice. Vary basic customer service and a total lack of communication. If you are looking for a reliable agency that respects potential tenants' time, look elsewhere. Awful experience.

Always quick to respond to any queries, gave very helpful advice and her knowledge on the local housing market was excellent. I had a very good offer on my property within 24 hours! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

We were absolutely delighted with the marketing of our property including highly professional photographs. The sales staff, especially Tiffany were so helpful and friendly. Viewings were organised quickly and efficiently and our property sold within 3 working days. Thank you Stonefield! An excellent estate agency and I can confidently highly recommend them.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)The whole process of selling my flat in Mount Florida was quick, professional and stress-free thanks to Dario and Karen. From my first phone call with Karen to request a valuation to Dario's visit to value my property, they were so friendly and helpful with great local knowledge and I instantly got a good vibe about Unicorn. The process from there moved so quickly, photography was done, surveyor visited and within just over a week we were on the market with viewings lined up. Communication throughout was on point, Karen was super pro-active in following up with viewers, giving good advice and taking the lead on price negotiations. They also recommended a local solicitor which helped the process flow super smoothly too. All in all I couldn't recommend Unicorn highly enough, a very professional service with a lovely personal touch.

We filled the form in (my husband's work union offered this service) which we sent off and received an email back quickly to arrange a teams call with Jennifer then we got posted out drafts to sign and send back. We literally didn't need to do anything! Great service and very quick. Made a daunting subject a lot easier than we imagined. Thanks again! ??????

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Firstly and most Importantly if you read this review, stop and pick up the phone to Monarch.<br>I can guarantee you the next few things.<br><br>1. Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
