From initial instructions through to completion Ed handled the transaction with true professionalism; I would strongly recommend Ed/Batcheller Monkhouse as a solid and trustworthy agent.

20th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Clarke Gammon provided exceptional service - always professional, excellent communications and were a calming influence over a process that is traditionally fraught with nothing but stress and frustration. I feel they went above and beyond at every step to ensure we were reassured and communicated with from start to finish. At each point in the process and with any member of staff we spoke to, we got the same level of service and knew that everyone was fully briefed on our situation, meaning we could speak to anyone and they would be able to answer our questions, rather than waiting for our contact to be back. Something particularly helpful when you need answers quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clarke Gammon to anyone looking to sell or buy, they made the process almost enjoyable!

They worked in our interest at all times and were particularly effective in the final stages when communications between all parties were required. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

4th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

Storrington is a hidden gem surrounded by breathtaking vistas and places to enjoy leisure and Nature. I’m a little reluctant to share my honest thoughts... I don’t want too many people to know what a great deal moving to the area is. The cat’s out of the bag now, though.
10th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We highly recommend Stride And Son, who have just achieved the successful sale of our family home in Bosham, taking just over 6 weeks to exchange (despite a difficult market)!<br>Tom, Sam and Nigel are highly professional, and an absolute dream team to work with!<br>All three were genuinely positive, polite, easy to get hold of and discuss things with, and always went above and beyond to support us to achieve the smooth sale.<br>Sam was incredibly helpful, patient, skilled and efficient at getting our house details quickly onto Rightmove etc. That speed generated a number of enquiries the next morning, with Nigel carrying out the viewings the same day, leading to multiple offers.<br>We really appreciated Toms knowledge and guidance throughout the sale process, keeping everything on track between the buyers, solicitors and ourselves.<br>We have had an equally positive experience with Sam on the letting side as well.<br>We feel very grateful to them, they work hard and very well together as a team, and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone making the tricky decision of which estate agent to engage!<br>Thank you!

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
