1st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Al round great service and communication
9th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)I dealt with the excellent lettings team at Hamptons, who handled my enquiry, viewing and offer very efficiently. I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I’ve rented properties at many different agents, and haven’t found anyone as genuinely helpful and concerned as Phoebe. Our next tenancy elsewhere was delayed and she was very helpful with advice and expertise. Highly recommend dealing with her if you can.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)My experience with Charters has been extremely positive - both with viewing through them and selling my own property. They are professional, kind, patient, reasonable and always happy to help. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
10th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Did the job locally and provided good guidance
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I would 100% recommend WPR and Stacey in particular to anyone! We’ve just sold our house and we went with another estate agent. Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Top service from everyone in letttings at Bourne Estate Agents, fun to deal with. Great service and communication , very responsive and knowledgable. Great to deal with a company that operates this way.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold a house through Keats Fearn. We have used them before and they have not failed to be a brilliant agent. Their reports on viewings was always instant and guiding us through the sale was professional and without them our sale would have been so much harder.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The Lettings Service at Winkworth Farnham has been outstanding. We have let our property with them for five years now and they are very efficient and professional and a delight to deal with.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Buying my first home with the support of Kevin went quite smoothly.

He kept me updated, was honest with me even when the news wasn’t always what I wanted to hear, and genuinely helped keep things moving between both sides.

I really appreciated his communication and the way he handled the whole process. I picked up the keys last week and still can’t quite believe it!

Huge thank you to Kevin and the team at The Property Explorer for helping get it over the line.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Richard was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. It was the best experience we had had in our house hunting journey.
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Churchods were easily the best estate agents I tried in the sale of my house which was not straightforward in a tough market. The team of Laura Kate Phoebe ?????? and Martin were all excellent and exceptional at showing buyers around. I would heartily recommend them to anyone and I would certainly use again. Thanks Churchods Farnham Sales Team!
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)There is a fine line between putting the 'professional' in the estate agents role, and slipping into the one of pushy prying 'pseudo social worker'. The staff member we dealt with fits into the latter category. Whilst the manager of the branch the former.
Thereby, making their 'in house' politics impossible for us to withstand. The only option was to walk away. We'd done everything they requested even if it was heavy handed. In the end we'd supplied ID. twice: online and in person as they were insistent on matching our faces to the passports.Never heard of that being necessary before in this scenario, but we did it, even though we are locals and known to them in an 'out-n about' capacity. Insensitively handled.
26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Matt’s been really helpful with my search, top service!
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Looking for a nice apartment is always a very big headache.
We had our own share of the stress that comes with House hunting or property searching.
Meeting Galiye from Martin & Co was very a game changer for us in our property search.
What a charismatic and amazing professional she is. Galiye is the best letting agent we have ever encountered.

She outdid herself if I can use that word to make sure we get a property of our taste. She was constantly updating us with important information and guidance throughout the whole period. I wish we had met her earlier.

Thank you, Galiye.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The team at Strutt & Parker in Farnham are wonderful. From the very start right through to the final steps, they have been nothing but helpful, responsive and genuinely lovely. We have appreciated everything they did to support our sale (including through some less than easy parts as they came up), and everything else they did, which was well above and beyond, to help with our purchase.

20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Our experience with Greg James was a positive one and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. We were selling a property, having had no success with a previous agent. From the outset everyone was professional, direct, easy to deal with and reliable in their approach. All questions were responded to quickly and the process felt calm at all stages, even when there were the inevitable sticky moments that will happen with this kind of process. Sound advice was always available. Thank you.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Helen, Rory and Max did a fantastic job selling our house in a very tough market. They achieved a great price, communicated really well throughout the process and responded immediately when problems arose. I recommend them highly.
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Jasper was polite and communicative before moving in, however made false promises and Prospect have been very difficult in terms of resolving simple repairs and issues. Also no handover when moving in.
10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Avocado (Alistair and Liam) have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling my house and finding a new home. Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
