5th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Disappointing experience. We unfortunately entered the market just as the economy was crashing into recession. However we chose Churchill because of their long standing local presence and thought they would provide an excellent service. We found them old fashioned and disjointed e.g. no 360 degrees online presentation of our house, we had to point out out that the published photos were originally missing a room, they was a complete lack of diversity in their agents (of which we had to deal with 3 different men although the area manager had said we would only be dealing with him) the different agents didn’t appear to have pre-read the information we had provided about our house before the viewings and there was a general lack of ongoing communication. In the end we only had two viewings before we ended the contract after 4 weeks.
24th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Green and Parry have been amazing throughout the whole process, we really couldn’t fault them. Friendly and very helpful, making the process of moving much easier.
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)David Cliff - Dan was brilliant. Professional and honest.
13th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Peter Leete & Partners truly went above and beyond with the service provided when helping me sell my house. A professional outfit that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

4th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I've never received so bad customer service. Awful service and delivery. Don't recommend!
5th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Nock Deighton Telford Lettings Team have been our Agent from when we became newbie Landlords guiding us through the early days, providing an easy maintenance portal for us and our tenants, answering all our queries knowledgeably and promptly and keeping us informed with webinars and meetings so we remained compliant with all the new Renters Act requirements. When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.
1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very poor communication (no answers to phone calls) and limited contact throughout. The branch appears to be regularly closed and not open as in accordance with their opening hours on Google (don't waste your time driving there, you will hit a locked front door), making it difficult to get any assistance.
The branch displays properties in its window that do not appear to be marketed by the agency. This creates a misleading impression of the instructions they hold and raises questions about transparency.
Overall, frustrated and disappointed with this agent.

12th Sep 2020 (6 years ago)Sai has been extremely helpful in marketing my properties in a very difficult time - the middle of the COVID pandemic. Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)A huge thank you to David and Mark for their fantastic support over many years, both with the rental and, more recently, the sale of my property.

They have always been incredibly helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile whenever needed.

I’ve really appreciated all their help, advice and support over the years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you both!

22nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Useless company. Don't trust what they say
31st Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
20th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)They book you in for viewing while it’s already gaven to someone else basically, they just waste your time ??????

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Lewis sold my parent’s house in 10 days. From start to finish he was always on hand to help. The marketing of the house was incredible, especially the marketing video. Every week he would call to check in with my mum, keeping her up to date and providing reassurance. I would recommend Lewis to everyone - truly fantastic at what he does. Thank you so much Lewis!
