13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)So far, my experience with Connells has been excellent. Liam Archer, the Residential Sales Manager, has been professional, courteous, and very accommodating throughout. Despite a last-minute booking and a delay on my arrival, he patiently waited and ensured we had plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. He answered all our questions clearly and has kept me well updated since. I also spoke with Scott in Liam’s absence, who was equally friendly, helpful, and efficient in addressing my queries. I’m pleased to say my offer has been accepted, and while there are still steps ahead, everything has gone smoothly s o far. I would happily recommend Connells based on my experience.

Any concerns raised are addressed promptly, giving us confidence that issues are taken seriously and resolved efficiently.<br><br>The team is consistently accommodating, professional, and polite, making every interaction pleasant and stress-free. 27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.
29th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)From our first meeting with Branch Manager, Tony Brick, we knew we were in good hands with Gibbs Gillespie. Importantly, they listened to what we told them about the property and incorporated that very well into their marketing. They were friendly, attentive and professional throughout the sales process, both proactive and reactive, as well as patient, keeping us fully informed all the time. Our sale wasn't straightforward but, despite that, it was very well managed by Tony and his able team. I would certainly recommend GG and use them again without hesitation. Thank you!

15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.
1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

I’d had a bad experience with Hunters Estate Agents so was apprehensive.<br>Joseph Scott gave me back the confidence I needed at my very first appointment.<br>You have provided an outstanding experience from the outset. 16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)I have been dealing with Benham & Reeves for the last almost 13 years. As a landlord, I have found them as very reliable and professional in the property letting business. Their criteria for selecting tenants is high class and reliable.<br>The branch manager at Beaufort Park, Rahim Velji, with whom I mostly deal with, is a professional gentleman with a very courteous and helpful attitude and is always available and ready to help and resolve matters satisfactorily.<br>Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by all the staff of B&R.

As an international person, they were able to flexible with me and a move in date while my money was being transferred in. They responded to every (there were just a few) maintenance requests... and they were even proactive about maintenance issues. Once or twice during my five months stay they emailed and said they would be in the area that day and I could submit issues to be taken care of (a small but helpful gesture!). From renting to ending, they were kind, helpful, communicative, and responsive. I highly recommend them, especially for a shorter let in London.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

He is an excellent agent who managed to arrange everything for my flat rental in the shortest possible time. Despite it being a day off, he was incredibly attentive to my needs, understanding the urgency of the situation, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. I had just over a week to find myself an apartment that I liked and get moved in. Her quick communication, professionalism and genuine kindness is what made this all possible! Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond, and I truly felt treated like family. Both my parents and I are grateful to have met her. Thank you Krupa - for everything!

We called Perkins Estate Agents and Hassan answered the phone and booked our viewing.<br><br>From that point onwards, we experienced a level of professionalism, care and attention which almost made us forget that Hassan was representing the seller! He was always available, proactive and genuinely helpful throughout the transaction, keeping everyone informed and helping things move forward whenever needed.<br><br>It was honestly what “the light at the end of the tunnel” means in real life.
