27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

They made the whole process from beginning to the end as easy as possible for me. They were all extremely sensitive to my situation and made me take my time with each process. I can't thank them enough.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

It honestly felt like Shelby had our best interests at heart and she listened to what it was that we needed. Anyone going through the renting or buying process would be in a very safe pair of hands working with Martin & Co. They are experts and know the industry extremely well. In addition to the massive expertise, another thing worth highlighting is how nice and helpful the team was to me. THANK YOU Mandy, Tom and Claire for your kindness and fantastic work done. Also, very few Estate Agents have a website as well designed as the website of Martin & Co. Both processes of renting or buying a property are really complex, and I found very useful the wealth of advice provided in the website, about the key steps in either renting or buying a property. By far one of the best websites I saw after checking dozen of websites from other estate agents. Best wishes to the Martin and Co team in the St Albans branch, moving forward if I come across anyone in need of a Estate Agent, I will be happy to recommend Martin & Co.

13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!
12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’m very disappointed with the lack of response from this agency. It has now been over a month since we first reported that our property does not have a functioning toilet, and despite calling every day, no one has properly responded or taken action to resolve the issue. This is a basic and urgent matter that should never be left unresolved for this long. Who is actually responsible for following up and fixing problems like this? The lack of communication and urgency is extremely frustrating and, honestly, very discouraging. I hope this is addressed immediately.

They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant—someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. Overall, I feel secure, well looked after, respected and listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

She kept me informed at every stage and made sure to chase all parties concerned. Really professional service and I’d happily recommend them.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
