It was not a standard property to sell and not an easy market and there were a few buyer wobbles, but Lynn was fabulous throughout, gently nudging us all past the post.

At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We recently used Aubrey & Finn for the sale of our home, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.<br><br>We initially had our property listed with another estate agent but made the decision to move to Aubrey & Finn, largely because of how impressed we were with Mark from our very first conversations. It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home!

As well as their professionalism and efficiency, what I think was particularly unique about their approach was how they work as a real team in order to support the home buying process. From start to finish, they made what can be a very stressful experience (!) a seamless and enjoyable experience instead - can't recommend highly enough!

4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Getting my deposit back from Northwood was a highly frustrating and stressful process that took months. After 5 years as an excellent tenant, always paying on time and taking great care of the property, Northwood were completely unreasonable during my checkout. Kerry was genuinely rude and threatening, with no interest beyond squeezing as much money out of my deposit as possible - zero sympathy whatsoever.<br><br>During the chaos of moving, I forgot to peel off some water-based vinyl I'd applied to my downstairs windows for privacy - a neat job, easily removed, and would have had no impact on selling the property (photo attached). The Clerk noticed it at checkout, I offered to peel it off there and then, and he told me not to worry about it.<br><br>Weeks later, Northwood tried to charge me £80 to remove something that takes 2 minutes to peel off. They refused me a supervised visit to do it myself, and for weeks refused to simply ask their sales team to peel it off next time they were there for viewings - no sympathy or helpfulness for a good tenant.<br><br>After weeks of dealing with Kerry's rude emails, I filed a dispute with TDS. Only then, knowing they'd lose, did Northwood peel it off in seconds and return my money - after an unnecessarily stressful process. Moving already cost me enough, including Northwood forcing me to use a cleaning company that cost £350 for a 1-bed flat. I did everything right, and Northwood still treated me like dirt - there was no way I was backing down in this point and allowing them to take more money.

Mandy was fab from start to finish - always keeping us updated, happy to answer any questions we had & was on the ball with everything. She was great at liasing with solictors & we always felt she had our best interests at heart. Very professional with a personal touch & we cannot thank her enough
