19th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

30th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We had the pleasure of working with Waseem and Dhanish during our property purchase, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents.<br><br>After dealing with several other agents who were difficult to communicate with, unresponsive, and generally unhelpful, meeting Waseem and Dhanish was a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, they were professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they always kept us informed every step of the way.<br><br>They truly went above and beyond to make what can often be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication, dedication, and willingness to help made all the difference, and they were an absolute delight to deal with throughout.<br><br>If you’re looking for estate agents who genuinely care about their clients and are committed to providing exceptional service, we can’t recommend Waseem and Dhanish highly enough. Thank you both for making our home-buying journey such a positive experience!
24th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

1st Aug 2024 (2 years ago)I have had the pleasure of working with Elliott Davis Properties for many years, and I must say they are the best in the business when it comes to honesty and integrity. They are always a cut above the rest. I’m not the type of person who relies solely on reviews, but if you want to judge a business, I encourage you to come in, have a chat, and make your own decision. If you feel the deal or the agent isn’t right for you, that’s completely fine—but don’t let any review stop you from having a conversation. I’ve been doing business with Elliott Davis and their associates since 2012, and not once have I had any issues. I highly recommend them.

3rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I can honestly say that the service I received from Hunters , particularly Saif Shefe was outstanding. This is not my first house sale , but by far the best support and service I have experienced to date . As things became bogged down with solicitors, Saif took personal charge and moved things along proactively.. He called me regularly and let me know how things were progressing. He personally negotiated with other parties and cleared many obstacles . True to say he went above and beyond to complete this sale in a very reasonable time frame and at an even more reasonable cost . Many thanks
25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

I was extremely pleased with the support Helen provided me with the sale of my bungalow and she gave me good advice throughout the process. She was calm, determined and professional. Helen organised the staging and photography of the property to maximise all its potential. The property had many viewings and Helen followed up all viewings to ensure everyone had appreciated its unique features. I was kept fully informed of feedback from buyers. Despite my chain failing twice she remained supportive and encouraging. Even when Helen went on holiday she kept in touch with me making sure l was always fully informed on how things were proceeding. She liaised with the other estate agents to ensure good progress was made by all parties. In the final weeks she kept me calm and reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Homes.

15th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)It was a first time i have contacted to Vibrant Estate, just had a few questions about some property to rent i was interested and lady on the phone was talking very fast and asking me thousands of questions which is completely private such as age of all members of my family, occupation, tax return, etc. It took ages to find out the price of the property and i felt like she was only interested to take as much details as possible from me. It was no any invitation for viewing. Also i find very strange that i called to office phone number and no-one picked up, then lady called me from mobile number. Very unprofessional manners. 5th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Throughout the group chat and the entire buying process, she kept everyone updated with any news from both my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>The teamwork, professionalism, and excellent cooperation between everyone involved made the whole process smooth and efficient.
