Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)After missing out on two of the flats in this block over the last 2-3 years, when I saw a flat come up in the block I immediately called the Bairstow Eves’ office in Woodford Green and told Simone Tennant their Senior Sales Negotiator, who picked up, about my ordeal.<br><br>With the branch soon closing and Simone alone that late afternoon on the Saturday, she thankfully pulled out all the stops and allowed me to drive over (a 45mins journey), see the flat and make an offer.<br><br>When I needed to arrange follow up visits with my architect and others, she was able to make it happen and stayed on top of the sales process thereby enabling me to simultaneously exchange and complete in a very, very short time!<br><br>I highly rate Simone and would go so far as to say, if it wasn’t for Simone, I wouldn’t be in the flat of my dreams.

The whole team were professional, helpful and approachable, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>Stuart and Jamie were very helpful and available right through to completion. Leanne kept everything progressing very smoothly and was always there to explain things and assist with chasing pending actions promptly.<br><br>We would also highly recommend Nicki, the independent mortgage broker based within Woodbury Homes. Her expertise and connections were invaluable in helping us secure our purchase.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Woodbury Homes team for making our first home purchase such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had a very disappointing experience trying to rent a property through this agency. After paying a holding deposit and completing the referencing process, communication was consistently poor, with long delays and little transparency.<br><br>We later discovered (only because a friend enquired about viewing the property) that the landlord was planning to sell. This was never communicated to us, despite us waiting for our tenancy to begin and making arrangements to leave our current home. Had we not found out ourselves, we could have been left without somewhere to live.<br><br>We only received our holding deposit back after threatening to escalate the matter, and throughout the process we were made to feel as though our concerns were unreasonable. The property is still being advertised on their website. Overall, a very frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this agency.

From the very first phone call to book a valuation appointment, I felt supported and guided throughout the entire process.<br><br>Once I accepted the valuation, the team arranged for professional photographs to be taken the very next day, which demonstrated their efficiency and commitment. They handled all aspects of marketing the property, and thanks to their expertise, I had numerous viewings that quickly resulted in multiple offers within just a few days.<br><br>The entire process moved at a great pace, and my property was successfully sold within four months of the initial valuation appointment, which I was extremely pleased with.<br><br>Kerrie even recommended a solicitor firm that she had worked with previously and had a strong professional relationship with. This proved to be excellent advice, as the service provided by the solicitors was outstanding and completely faultless.<br><br>What impressed me most was how proactive both Baker Estates and the solicitor firm were throughout the sale. I never had to chase for updates, as they kept me informed with regular weekly calls and progress reports.<br><br>I would highly recommend Kerrie and the team at Baker Estates to anyone looking to sell their property. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
