Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. Kim
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I selected Flick&Son to deal with the sale of my late mothers house from a number of local estate agents as they were recommended and seemed to have the sort of local knowledge I wanted as we live some way away. This turned out to be a good choice as Matt, Sabrina, Richard and Henry all contributed to what turned out to be a long drawn out process with some disappointing twists and turns. Throughout it all I valued their collective support and advice, particularly when we were beginning to despair at ever completing the process. Sabrina was very reassuring and finally oversaw getting the whole thing over the line, many thanks Sabrina. I'm also particularly grateful to Matt who started the whole sale off and was very helpful in keeping an eye on the property when it was empty. I would recommend Flick&Son as they have that local knowledge and personal touch that I valued, not perfect but pretty good all the same.

18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.
