Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. We were so relieved that we were not successful in renting that house so we don't have to have contact with this agency again. From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
21st Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Duplicated invoices, shoddy management, accessing premises without due consent, damage to premises (through use of contractors), unable to construct basic emails, agreeing terms and then reneging on them and false accusations made to our landlord. I'm not sure if they still act as property managers or if they have given it up, but if they do and you're a prospective tenant, be very careful.Strutt & Parker - Eastern Estates & Farm Agency - Ipswich

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

He has conducted two viewings with us + also went back to take some photos that were required by the surveyor. Very accommodating and a credit to the team.
