She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

From start to finish, she was professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. Fiona kept us informed every step of the way, always responding quickly to our questions and chasing things up when needed. Her calm manner and reassuring attitude made a huge difference during some particularly challenging moments. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving smoothly. What really stood out was her dedication and personal touch — she truly cared about getting us into our new home and easing the pressure along the way. We always felt we were in safe hands. She fully supported why we chose to sell our smallholding to our preferred buyer rather than highest offer and didn’t make any issue of this which effectively meant they were paid less. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her or her company to anyone who has a quirky property to sell.

After having our property listed with another agent for quite some time, we decided to switch to Bohome, and the difference was immediate. Viewings started straight away, and the property was sold in quick time at a great price. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone new to the area who is looking to sell their home.

23rd Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)My wife arranged a viewing in New Cumnock, travelled for an hour to get to it and nobody turned up. There was someone in the property but they would not answer the door! Nobody is answering the phone at the office or returning emails. A very, very unprofessional company! Please think before using Glow Homes ….. Wasted time and petrol……**update, now been blocked from their facebook page for stating these facts…..???????????. ***update 2, was phoned by the director who would not take our concerns onboard and was more interested in a bad review to the very poor service we received today. I explained that no one would answer the door to the viewing, so naturally the first step would be to phone the estate agent. No one was answering their phone (turns out the office was closed), we emailed the office to which it took 1 1/2 hours to respond! Not much help there. Me wife and mother in law had travelled some distance for the viewing, so were almost home when they received the email. These are all facts. We asked why they were arraigning viewings when the office was closed and nobody could be contacted on the phone. When the ‘director’ phoned he passed the buck with loads of excuses, these are all facts! We were offered petrol money, but was hung up on before we could arrange this…. Hopefully they take on board our concerns before anyone else is highly inconvenienced………….
30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Having read the positive reviews for Oakhouse Premier Sales, I got in touch with Richard, the owner and immediately found him to be extremely knowledgable with regard to the local market and in addition his professional, friendly approach and communication skills confirmed he was best for the job. And what truly puts him head and shoulders above so many is that he made the entire process stress free. The service received was far greater than expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Oakhouse in future.
30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Selling with Bohome made the process so much easier. Helpful, knowledgeable and always at the end of the phone. Even although they are located in the west and we sold in Midlothian, it makes no difference. Don't just rely on local Estate Agents. Bohome know the market all over Scotland and happy to travel to your home with their friendly approach to ease the whole sale. Even following up with you after you move to ensure you're settling in.
