Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!

From the beginning, Shannon and the team were incredibly helpful, informative and easy to contact. The whole process was explained to me and all of my (sometimes quite silly) questions were answered and I felt assured and confident throughout thanks to the Slater Hogg team.<br><br>I went for the fully managed package and know that I will have a wonderful experience throughout my letting journey thanks to the friendly and hard working team looking after my property.<br><br>Thank you all!

I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home
10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I used Hollie McDicken for solicitor conveyancing to purchase my first house and she was amazing, I was kept informed all the way through and she didn’t put a single foot wrong. Sometimes you hear horror stories about Solicitors taking an age to reply or respond but I had 0 issues with this and would not hesitate to use Barnetts Services again

27th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

The support through the entire process has been incredible and I can say that I have had a few setbacks in the process (outwith any control) however the team have navigated me through it. Special shout out to Sharon who without that support it would not have went the way it has. Anyone anywhere really should go with these guys! Thank you Gary and Sharon you have both been amazing and I will forever be grateful to you.

It has taken a good few months to get an entry date and any time I text Michael he was always so helpful and polite. He would always answer my texts ( I’m sure they were annoying him ) in a polite friendly manner .He is a true gentleman and I’m very happy that we had the pleasure of doing business with him. 19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently decided to put our house on the market, and engaged the services of Lynne, to help market and sell the property. Lynne's experience, with her eye for attention to detail, meant we had a very professional online brochure, as well as a Home Report, produced in the space of a week. As a result of Lynne conducting the house viewings in person, we were delighted to receive a formal offer on our house, above the asking price, within FOUR working days of the sales brochure going online. We can heartily recommend Cecchini Property for their professionalism, without hesitation, as well as saying that their communication was always crystal clear, and we felt extremely valued as their clients.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Elevate were by far the best estate agents we dealt with during our house search. After speaking to and viewing properties with a number of different agents/agencies, the difference was genuinely night and day, I cannot stop telling anyone/everyone when we're on the subject. Everytime I seen a property I was interested in was posted by Elevate, I genuinely done a sigh of relief knowing they were the best to deal with! What I appreciated most was that there was no nonsense. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, honest, helpful and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Their advice was always useful and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process! The first person we met was Sharon and she was an absolute star from the start. She made such a great impression and was a massive breath of fresh air in the sea of mess that we were in! We then got to meet with Sophie who was fantastic! She has always been very helpful, quick to respond to emails and made everything feel much easier, again has been an absolute pleasure and made us feel very much valued as buyers! A special mention also has to go to Joanne, who was helping me reorganise our many viewings, even late on a Sunday evening she was helping me, that level of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed!! I have genuinely been blown away by the whole team and have already been recommending Elevate to friends, neighbours and family. Anyone thinking about buying or selling should give them a call without a doubt. When the time comes for us to sell, I already know exactly who we'll be using! Thank you all at Elevate for making what can be a stressful experience so much easier!!??????

8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I can’t recommend Connaire at Kelly Residential highly enough. From start to finish, he was outstanding throughout the sale of my flat. His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
