We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

We were absolutely delighted with the marketing of our property including highly professional photographs. The sales staff, especially Tiffany were so helpful and friendly. Viewings were organised quickly and efficiently and our property sold within 3 working days. Thank you Stonefield! An excellent estate agency and I can confidently highly recommend them.

10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Faultless from start to finish.<br>Michael knows exactly how to sell your house, and who to sell it to.<br>My property didn't even have time to hit the market - a "coming soon" video on social media was all it took, and 2 days later I accepted an offer significantly over home report value.<br>Michael had pre-vetted the buyer so there was no chain and we completed on the date first agreed, with zero hassle.<br>Would I use Montgreenan again? Yes, in a heartbeat.

Communication was excellent, and they kept us regularly updated, which made everything feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>The whole experience was made so much easier thanks to their knowledge, efficiency and genuine commitment to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Fantastic service from a fabulous team!
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Firstly and most Importantly if you read this review, stop and pick up the phone to Monarch.<br>I can guarantee you the next few things.<br><br>1. Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. They are a real breath of fresh air when you really need it.<br>You will be back here writing a great review in no time.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

They were so professional and caring from start to finish, especially Steph, she was absolutely amazing, selling a house is very stressful but Steph was with me all the way through the whole process and I just can't thank her enough. Richard and Barry were excellent, arranged viewings, brilliant photos and home report, I.m so glad I went with Belmont, and if anyone is deciding to sell their property then you won.t get anyone better. She did an amazing job selling our property and made what was a very stressful time so much easier to manage.<br><br>From the very beginning, Joanne was approachable, relatable and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. Unlike some estate agents, she never made us feel like just another client. She has fantastic people skills, was always easy to contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our property was presented in the best possible way and did everything she could to position it for a successful sale.
