If you're consdiering this agency - as well as looking at those reviews, do ask yourself - if they cannot even be bothered to reply to any of these bad reviews, what are they going to be like if you give them your business? There are so many estate agencies out there, some of which are great, please do invest 10 minutes finding one...
7th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have just bought our first property through Edward Barclay and to be honest we didn’t have a clue what we was doing realy.at a time in our lives that is very stressful Darren Robert and Nellie were wonderful nothing was to much trouble and I’m very confident without there help the sale may not of gone through (solicitors weren’t great) we have nothing but good things to say about Edward Barclay and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future<br>Thankyou do much<br>Karen and Lee

5th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I need to express that buying a home is one of the most stressful things I have ever gone through, but it would have been entirely more stressful if not for Stuart at Grants Addlestone. He was honestly great throughout the process. He was always reassuring, offering great advice, and generally going above and beyond to help where possible. I dunno if I ever will go through a similar process again, but I'd be more than happy to rely on Stuart again if I did.

Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
