From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next. Solomon made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, listens, and delivers, Solomon is the one to ask for!

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Whilst looking for houses in the Byfleet area we met with Lucas a few time whilst considering a house they were offering, who I can only describe as a real gentleman. Such a lovely young man, who is extremely professional and personable at the same time. I didn’t end up buying through them but wanted to leave this feedback as it is not often you meet a genuine estate agent who is working hard for both the buyer and seller.

A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.- 1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)After a rather lacklustre service with a local estate agent it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Knight Frank! Jamie who looked after us through the whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant and easy to deal with, super quick with getting things sorted and always there when we needed him, A* service!

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We recently sold our flat through Alex, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help throughout what turned out to be a very challenging and lengthy transaction.<br><br>The sale took almost a year and involved a lease extension, a fallen-through onward purchase and numerous complications before we finally reached completion. Throughout the entire process, Alex was proactive, professional and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was always available to answer questions, chase updates and keep communication flowing between all parties. He is also an excellent negotiator, which proved invaluable when I revised the sale price following completion of the lease extension.<br><br>I would also like to thank Amber, the sales progressor Alex appointed to the transaction. She was fantastic throughout, always responsive, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to keep things moving. Having both Alex and Amber involved made a huge difference.<br><br>The final stages became particularly challenging due to difficult solicitors, Land Registry delays and pressure within the chain. During the last week before completion, Alex and Amber worked tirelessly to keep everyone updated, chase solicitors and push the transaction forward. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their calm, practical approach helped enormously during what was an extremely stressful time.<br><br>What stood out most was that Alex genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent and remained committed to seeing the transaction through right to the very end.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone buying or selling a property and would happily work with them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help and support, Alex and Amber.
