22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 29th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I have recently sold my Mother's flat through Cubitt & West Banstead and could not have been happier with the service provided by Lauren and her entire team. Communication was excellent at all times throughout the original valuation process through listing, all the way up to exchange and completion. I was particuarly impressed by the depth of market knowledge concerning listing prices and what properties actually sold for in the area. Additionally other team members who had not been directly involved in this sale were helpful in answering all my queries and ensuring a stressful situation was made a lot easier.

I spent most of my time dealing directly with Jade, I'd like to say it was a pleasure, she was incredibly helpful throughout what was a prolonged process and kept me updated all the way. Whenever there was an issue she was first to resolve it. Equally, Nathaniel stepped in when Jade was unavailable to oversee and assist with some challenges along the way.<br><br>Everyone I spoke to at Kaybridge across both offices were incredibly polite, helpful and professional throughout.
