The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

19th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have been a tenant with Hunters Liverpool for over 6 years, and the service and support they provided throughout have been exceptional. Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended

3rd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)
8th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

Buying a house can be stressful at times, but she kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond whenever we needed an update.<br><br>Her communication, support and dedication made the whole experience much smoother and gave us confidence throughout the purchase. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for all of Julie’s hard work and would highly recommend Freyja North Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.

From start to finish, Kalim was extremely professional, genuinely helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. His vast knowledge of the housing market was clear throughout the entire process. He provided constant 24/7 updates, keeping me fully informed every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always proactive in making sure everything moved forward smoothly and efficiently. Kalim is not only amazing at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely lovely individual who truly cares about his clients. I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service. Thank you, Kalim, for such an exceptional experience!
