21st May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the propertyFine & Country Nottingham

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.
19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.

Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Cannot recommend Sean, Karen and the team highly enough. Sean came to value our property and, unlike another local agent, rather than tell us how bad other local agents were and try and get us to go for a lower value to sell quickly, he saw and marketed our house to its full potential. The marketing material was superb and, backed up by a great service by Karen and the office team. And we sold within 5 days!<br>That may not always happen of course but the communication was great and they were all lovely to deal with throughout the process.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with! 28th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)If I could give 10/5 I would! Everything was so easy, with communication being mostly via WhatsApp and nothing is out of their job description. Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
