Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

Always informative, reassuring, and quick to answer any questions we had. Buying a property can be stressful, but they gave us real confidence in our purchase and made everything feel much more manageable. Their communication was clear and timely, and proactive, and we always felt supported from start to finish. He kept us informed at every stage. Kevan went above and beyond to answer our questions quickly and liaise effectively with all parties involved. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave us real confidence in our decision. It was clear he genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. 11th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them. Communication has been consistently poor throughout. Emails are routinely ignored, and I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get the most basic updates. Even then, responses are often delayed and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely out of the loop. On top of that, there’s been a serious lack of professionalism when it comes to viewings. On more than one occasion, the property was left unlocked afterwards, which is completely unacceptable and raises obvious security concerns. To make matters worse, the property was removed from Zoopla and nothing was done to resolve the issue for over a month. This kind of inaction is incredibly disappointing, especially when you rely on online listings to attract potential buyers. Overall, the service has been careless, unresponsive, and poorly managed.
