The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oadby Estates to other landlords.

Our agent Mr Amit Joshi was very personable and knew a lot about the clients in our area. He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

David, Emma and the team were very professional, easy to get along well with, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The efficiency with which they liaised with other agents involved as well as conveyancers just made things run so smoothly. I would highly recommend Thorps to friends, family and anybody else who asks!

The whole team was fantastic from start to finish, consistently going above and beyond to make a difficult time so much easier to navigate. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care shone through at every stage of the process.<br><br>I want to give a special mention to Anita, whose support and empathy made an enormous difference. She was always there with reassurance, clear guidance, and a kindness that truly stood out. Anita’s dedication and understanding turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one I felt fully supported through.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did. 1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
20th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

He went the extra mile with giving us advice. From our first viewing, right up to completion Ben was great. I wish we had put our house on the market with this company.<br><br>I would have given more than 5 stars if I could.

He also introduced me to an excellent mortgage broker, Ian Marston, whose support throughout the mortgage process was invaluable.<br><br>Sarah was also wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. Throughout the group chat and the entire buying process, she kept everyone updated with any news from both my solicitor and the seller’s solicitor. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>The teamwork, professionalism, and excellent cooperation between everyone involved made the whole process smooth and efficient. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases.
