Communication was excellent and we always felt kept up to date. Although we ultimately decided to take our property off the market for now, we were very happy with the service we received and would have no hesitation recommending them ??????

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this estate agency. From the start, it was clear they only care about pushing through a quick sale rather than actually understanding what I need. They pressured me to fit their timescale with zero consideration for my personal circumstances or capacity to move at that pace.<br><br>There was also no attempt to understand what I’m looking for in my next property. I specifically need a 3-4 bed detached house, and despite telling the agent this, I kept receiving listings for 2 bed semis instead from the ‘agent’ Mandip Nagra. It felt like nobody was actually listening to my requirements.<br><br>On top of that, when I asked to rearrange a photography session for my house, Mandip was genuinely rude to me about it, saying that I was making the estate agent lose money. He spoke to me in a condescending tone stating ‘you do know that this isn’t the first time you’ve tried to rearrange the photography session, right?’ That interaction was the final straw of why I decided to pull out of the sale entirely. If a basic conversation about rearranging a booking turns into rudeness, it doesn’t inspire any confidence in how the rest of the process would be handled.<br><br>Overall, this experience has left me feeling like a number rather than a client. I’d expect basic listening skills and courtesy as standard, and this agency failed on both counts. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want an agent who actually takes your needs into account. I really hope the manager, Steve, will speak to Mandip regarding my complaint about his attitude as this will continue to push customers away if it is not corrected.

Also initially gave me the wrong key to the property. They also use third parties for so much of the process which gets really confusing and they don’t clarify things properly when asked.

It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Becky who primarily dealt with my case, also a big thanks to everyone else - you were all amazing. I would definitely recommend David Robinson Estate Agents. Thank you all.

From the initial valuation visit through to completion they were very professional, always easy to get in touch with via phone or email . Special mention must go to Niomi who kept me updated throughout the sales process. A highly recommended company if you're looking to sell your property.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Having now worked with Alexanders across three separate property transactions, two sales and one purchase, I can confidently say they are one of the best estate agents we've dealt with.<br><br>Over the course of those transactions, I've had the pleasure of working with much of the team, including Harry, Emily, Anya, Stephanie and Hayden, and every one of them brought something different to the table. Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. Any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible, and we always felt kept informed and supported every step of the way.<br><br>Both Rachel and Kelly were such a pleasure to speak to, whether over the phone or in person, and their kindness and professionalism really made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for us and would highly recommend Rachel and Kelly to anyone looking to find their perfect place. Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a bad experience with this esate agents. They send us marketing posts saying they have sold this house etc in our area so this made us think we should consider them. Thank God we did not consider them as when we try to reach out regarding their marketing posts asking if they are true on their words, will they sell our property like other properties they dont give us a response back. Then why bother sending us any marketing posts if you dont want to respond back. I understand that esate agents prefer to call to discuss However, not everyone can call so they may drop a message through an enquiry form as it best fits their schedule. This is a form of communication so they could've atleast responded back to the enquiry.
