It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Becky who primarily dealt with my case, also a big thanks to everyone else - you were all amazing. I would definitely recommend David Robinson Estate Agents. Thank you all.

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Having now worked with Alexanders across three separate property transactions, two sales and one purchase, I can confidently say they are one of the best estate agents we've dealt with.<br><br>Over the course of those transactions, I've had the pleasure of working with much of the team, including Harry, Emily, Anya, Stephanie and Hayden, and every one of them brought something different to the table. Whether it was sales progression, communication, negotiation or simply keeping everything moving, each person played an important part in making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>Communication was consistently excellent throughout. The team were always proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues quickly. Rather than simply passing messages between solicitors, they genuinely helped drive the transactions forward and kept everyone aligned.<br><br>A special mention goes to Harry, who has clearly built a fantastic team and a genuinely well-oiled operation. It's evident that there's a strong culture of professionalism, teamwork and customer service throughout the business, and that filters through every interaction.<br><br>Buying and selling property is rarely without its challenges, but Alexanders made the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future. Five stars.

Liars and thieves...<br>Rented a property from them that was in an appalling and dirty state, with mould growing all over the walls and a carpet that had never been cleaned in its 20yr lifetime, and bathroom tiles that were yellow with grime, and that was the tip of the iceberg, Yet they had listed all these things in their inventory as "Good Condition - Clean" (Inspection carried out by themselves of course) and it was simply not true... Had to pay a professional cleaner to bring the house into a livable standard at my own expense...<br><br>When it came to leaving the property, they demanded large cleaning bills claiming the property had been left dirty, which again - was not true... Property was left in a higher standard that passed to us.<br>It's clear all they do, is hand you a property and list everything as perfect, then when you leave list everything as imperfect and demand money for it.<br><br>Crooks, liars and thieves... Avoid being robbed by these agents.

Any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible, and we always felt kept informed and supported every step of the way.<br><br>Both Rachel and Kelly were such a pleasure to speak to, whether over the phone or in person, and their kindness and professionalism really made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for us and would highly recommend Rachel and Kelly to anyone looking to find their perfect place. He arrived thoroughly prepared with market data, detailed analysis, comparable properties, social media marketing examples, and a clear strategy for selling our home. He spent plenty of time with us, answered all our questions, and showed genuine passion and enthusiasm for our property—something the other agents simply didn't.<br><br>The marketing was excellent. It was clear the team had taken the time to research the property properly, and the photography, video, and social media promotion were all first-class.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, communication was fantastic. We received regular updates, and the team were always quick to deal with any administrative tasks or queries. 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Purchased a property which fell through last second on seller side was offered the same property on rent which I accepted and was told to get things moving fast or would lose the property. Sent across deposit and then was told was issue with property after a month or so was told the property was ready to move in. I had by then arranged to live at another property as the timescales was too long and I had already been waiting since march as I thought I was purchasing the property. I asked for a refund from the agencyfor the deposit and they just declined . I just felt disheartened that firstly I was messed around with the seller and then the agency didn’t even acknowledge that I had been waiting around for 4 months and I had no choice but to find alternative accomdation.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
