Andrew and the team are truly exceptional, the customer experience from Dawn and Caitlin is professional and personal striking the perfect balance between friendly and organised by hitting every deadline in a timely manner within the sales process. Andrews talent in videography is simply first class, we always use Cardwells estate agents for property sales and purchase and trust them implicitly as they repeatedly make what can be a stressful process simple and easy.. The teams were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Their dedication and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would highly recommend both to anyone looking for reliable and efficient estate agents!

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

As a landlord, things can get stressful, but Fatima made the whole journey feel easy from day one. I bought the property through her, and she didn’t just stop there, she helped manage the refurbishment, kept me updated throughout, and made sure everything was done properly. Once it was ready, she found a tenant quickly and handled all the letting side without any hassle on my end. What I really appreciated was how hands on and reliable she was. I felt like everything was genuinely taken care of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, end-to-end service.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Very proactive in marketing my property and no issue in relation to attending viewings when I was unable to be present. A great all round team!
4th May 2026 (4 days ago)Mr Barnett made every effort to sell my apartment, but as yet it hasn't sold. He is a capable estate agent, obviously knows the market and has experience, and has made a number of suggestions which i will consider.

Leah Beaty has been helping with my account and has tried and succeeded in being very helpful and understanding with my situation. I couldn't be happier with how this has gone up to this point

The owner refuses complaints they talk to you like your nothing after you've signed the paper work and they do not honour promised repairs or any repairs. Avoid see all the negative comments. The owner cant even dress smart. Its another company he's going to run It to the ground then he will open his 4th to repeat!
