She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Andrew and Kai were very unprofessional. Would not recommend using them. Disappointing. Virtual viewing was arranged (which i've had with your company several times before) via Kai, just for Andrew to call and talk me through the pics on the website. He was very rude when I explained that this is not what was requssted even lied to me saying ReMax does not facilitate virtual viewings. Derrick who I have had several actual virtual viewings with has never had an issue. Bad service and rude staff (Kai and Andrew). EDITING WITH A RESPONSE TO BELOW: I called and spoke to kai after the email you mentioned, i made it clear i would need a virtual viewing. He then booked me in for one. Andrew is the one who told me that you do not facilitate virtual viewings and instead would only do the phone call. I was not alone when he was saying this so kindly go through your own recordings and listen for yourself.- 6th May 2026 (3 days ago)Excellent service from Colin and the team. Would highly recommend.

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier. The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend this solicitor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

After having our property listed with another agent for quite some time, we decided to switch to Bohome, and the difference was immediate. Viewings started straight away, and the property was sold in quick time at a great price. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone new to the area who is looking to sell their home.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

David was always available for questions & the photos/videos taken of the property were of excellent quality which led to a clear & attractive property listing. Within hours of the listing going live there were viewings booked in, with offers received from all viewings & an offer substantially above Home Report accepted within 3 days. I would have no hesitation recommending Coats & Hall to anyone looking to sell their property.

Even although they are located in the west and we sold in Midlothian, it makes no difference. Don't just rely on local Estate Agents. Bohome know the market all over Scotland and happy to travel to your home with their friendly approach to ease the whole sale. Even following up with you after you move to ensure you're settling in. Highly recommend.
