She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.
25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)????? A First-Class Team We cannot recommend Property Connections in Bathgate highly enough. From start to finish, the service was slick, smooth, and very professional. Kevin Slattery was our estate agent and he is truly in a league of his own. Throughout the entire process, he remained incredibly efficient and maintained a calm, professional manner that instantly put us at ease from day one. His knowledge of the current property market and sales is second to none, he really knows his stuff. The social media coverage and the house video were brilliant and presented our home in the best possible light. Also a huge thank you also to the rest of the office team who kept us updated every step of the way, we never had to chase anyone for information. Selling a home is stressful, but Kevin’s sense of humour was much appreciated when things got tense. It made a world of difference! 6th May 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Taylor and Henderson for the sale of a property and they continue to go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

They recommended the best pictures and pack and brought the property to the market quickly. The offered plenty of support, guidance and advice and they brought a high volume of potential buyers to the property which resulted in a very quick sale. Very happy with the whole service offered.

Even although they are located in the west and we sold in Midlothian, it makes no difference. Don't just rely on local Estate Agents. Bohome know the market all over Scotland and happy to travel to your home with their friendly approach to ease the whole sale. Even following up with you after you move to ensure you're settling in. Highly recommend.
