From the very first visit to view the property, the team were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. They arranged the photos quickly, made the whole process feel effortless, and set up viewings to suit our specific times and dates, which took a huge amount of stress off us.<br><br>Throughout the sale, they kept us fully up to date with every development. We were informed of offers promptly, and after closing they took the time to walk us through each one so we understood everything clearly. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and always helpful.<br><br>Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic — supportive, organised, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Residence to anyone selling their home.

We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Nicole came highly recommended so it was an easy decision when speaking to Nicole that I trusted Countrywide as our estate agent. 2 weeks from being on market we have accepted an offer and the whole process has been so smooth. 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

5th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Outstanding service from David, Iain, Craig and the team at Coats & Hall. They came recommended and what a recommendation it was. Within a day of agreeing to use David’s services and in a pretty urgent situation to sell, he had arranged for photographs, videos and home report to be done. This was all completed within days and advertised. Throughout the selling process David and his team were on hand to answer questions 24/7 and replies couldn’t have been any quicker. I definitely would and have already recommended Coats & Hall as an excellent Estate Agents. Thank you and worth every penny.
