From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, approachable and genuinely invested in making the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>What impressed me most was how thorough and diligent Jayne was. She paid attention to every detail, kept everything moving efficiently, and was always one step ahead. Whenever I had a question or needed advice, she responded incredibly quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. No question ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt reassured knowing she was looking after everything.<br><br>Jayne was also extremely considerate throughout the entire process. Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!

After having a really poor experience with another estate agency and then having an offer fall through, we were feeling quite stressed and unsure about the whole process and whether to even sell.<br><br>From the very first meeting with Molly, who came out to our house, we felt much more positive and reassured. Nicole was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome. Claire was also lovely to deal with and always helpful whenever we spoke with her.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable, supportive, and professional the whole team were. 27th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

We sold our home this year and Scott guided us through the entire process from day one, giving us excellent tips to get the house market-ready. The photographer did a first-class job, leaving us with beautiful photos to remember our home by. Mark, the viewing specialist, was also incredible—he kept us updated constantly and used his natural skills to manage viewers and close the sale. Highly recommended!

The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.

David took the time to get to know the property and surrounding area and wrote up a brilliant description of it.<br><br>The flat sold after one day on the market because they know how to make it sought after and sell! David was on top of all communications and steered me through everything.<br><br>Top guys who are passionate and brilliant at their jobs!

His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.

From the enquiry stage to the moving in stage, Shannon and Kirstie were always ready with answers for my questions and also ready to help where they could, I must add promptly too.<br>I would recommend any second, time or day.
