She explained very clearly about the services offered by herself and McEwan Fraser, making everything clear and transparent. Lots of helpful advice was given as to my options and I felt confident that this was backed up by an array of knowledge and experience. I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and found Jayne very friendly and approachable.

Afterwards we were contacted throughout the sale from Ellece, who was an absolute star and could not have be more helpful throughout the process. So glad we chose residence.

What really stood out was how quickly they generated interest and secured strong offers — my property ended up selling for over the Home Report value, which I was absolutely delighted with. From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

11th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.

5th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

He called us with a property that came back on the market we were really interested in and if it wasn't for him we were ready for giving up. Kellie and Sammie have also been great, everyone is very friendly, professional and helpful.

From our initial meeting right through to the sale of our property, Stefan was so knowledgeable and was on hand to support us as and when we needed it. He answered any questions, assuaged any concerns we had and helped us achieve our goal of a quick turnaround by getting the property on the market within 4 days of appointing him as our estate agent and then getting a record sale on our property within 8 days. Very happy we decided to appoint Batchelor's as our estate agents!

Their approach was refreshingly honest and transparent, with no pressure, just clear, genuine advice backed by strong local knowledge. It felt like they were focused on helping us make the right decision rather than pushing an agenda, which we really appreciated. Thanks again!

The staff in Airdrie and Glasgow are all very helpful and I know that my property is in safe hands with them dealing with the day to day management of it. They are also very quick dealing with re marketing when a new tenant is required.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We were fairly rusty when it came to selling a property. So from the very beginning we were impressed by Debbie's knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. We sold our house Clark Street at the end of 2025. The whole process was clear, there were no hidden costs and Debbie was very attentive to every detail. She kept in contact all the way through the process. We had a couple of times when buyers were mucking us about (putting in offers and then removing them. Also making appointments then cancelling, then re booking) She took it all in her stride, negotiated and kept going back to them to chase up issues. So looking back, she took a lot of the stress out of the process and would definitely use her service again and recommend her personal, effective, competitively priced approach. She really knows this areas market. Thank you Debbie!

David was always available for questions & the photos/videos taken of the property were of excellent quality which led to a clear & attractive property listing. Within hours of the listing going live there were viewings booked in, with offers received from all viewings & an offer substantially above Home Report accepted within 3 days. I would have no hesitation recommending Coats & Hall to anyone looking to sell their property.

It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain. I would happily recommend Nicola Kennedy Residential for selling your property.
