22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We had a great experience with Charlie from harbour he let us know what was happening throughout the process very helpful in every way sold our property very quickly and got over the asking price also the girl in the office was lovely and so helpfull as we are older and haven't delt with selling for many years they were so helpfull couldn't get any better treatment or service.

10th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I'd say 1 star is too generous. As stated from numerous other reviews the owner George is a very unpleasant human being. From the very beginning I had issues with the storage heaters not working properly and horrible problems with damp and mould that kept getting ignored and not taken seriously and the solution to this was to keep all windows open all day and night in the height of winter( it was that cold my pipes had frozen) From this George lied to me about the landlord wanting me out of the property yet couldn't provide evidence of this all because he didn't want to take responsibility that his company was failing their basic responsibilities and during this conversation George actively threatened me with violence because I wasn't backing down to his bullying. After stating that I was recording the whole conversation he very quickly changed his tune and wanted to finally try and help but by doing this passed my number onto a central heating company to change over the storage heaters which I was to pay for myself which is ludicrous from a renter. Lastly when I moved out, I had the property cleaned and painted and left items that were already there when I moved in yet tried claiming I had left them and left the property in an unreasonable state especially marks on Walls that were continously having to be cleaned due to black mould, yet never contested giving back the full deposit which shows they were trying to be awkward and difficult for the sake of it. If you can, please stay away from this company.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I received a first class service from AB Property Consultants from the start to finish.<br><br>From Alex at my initial meeting to discuss selling my flat, to Lesley & Corey dealing with my flat sale & viewings of other houses.<br><br>Also the professional photography, videos & drone shots they did of my flat were great. They give buyers the first impression of your place, so you want it to be of good quality, which it was.<br><br>I had my first viewer on 23rd July & my flat was sold at closing date on 11th August. So a super service! Thanks.
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.
15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I own a small flat which is let, and Diane has managed this for a number of years (since before Robinson Moore and CODA merged). If ever there's a problem, she's quick to get in touch to let me know. In some cases a contractor requires to attend and Diane arranges this and any follow up on my behalf. She also keeps on top of the legislation surrounding lets and makes sure the various certifications required are up to date. Obviously there's a cost associated with this level of management, but I live at some distance from the property and knowing that she's there gives me good peace of mind.

From my 1st call to the office with Alison who was so helpful and accommodating, to Kevin coming to my house to give me a valuation and talk through the Ts ans Cs, Yvonne and Rio coming out a few days later and getting our property on all social media platforms and finally Lynn who not only put a shift in showing around 15 potential buyers in one night round my house but regularly keeping me updated on offers etc which resulted in me getting a fantastic price for my home! Thank you so much to each and everyone of you. ?????? I would highly recommend Lanarkshire law to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as it is in the best hands! Oh and the app they have is absolutely brilliant and I have to say I am going to miss checking it for updates on viewings and offers! ??????

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

From start to finish, they have been absolutely amazing.<br>They have been constantly helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had.<br><br>They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood each step of the process, which was so reassuring as a first time buyer. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they have made the whole experience less stressful and a lot easier.<br><br>I would 100% recommend anyone to get in touch with them for mortgage advice!<br><br>Thanks so much again to you both!

They are both incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>The biggest compliment I can give them is that, after our experience, I recommended Bachelors to my parents when they decided to sell their property. Communication is always easy and straightforward, and the team are approachable, helpful and clearly take pride in what they do. There’s a lovely, professional atmosphere and I’ve always found them reliable and pleasant to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Property Bureau to anyone looking for a friendly and professional estate agent.

I moved from the West Midlands to Paisley and Arrowhead made my moving in date extremely quickly.<br>If I ever had any trouble or enquiries they were always there promptly to assist me in my move.<br>I would highly recommend this company.
