She explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent.
6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)My mother in law's house was under offer in little more than a week after being marketed. There were no major problems and the sale completed today. I was very impressed with the service and would not hesitate in recommending Fresh as an excellent estate agent.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

11th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I bought my house through Jan Foster Estate Agents over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way this company operates and, in particular, because of the behaviour of Ashley, the agent I dealt with. From the very beginning, Ashley was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, showed no patience, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a client making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Simple questions were met with attitude, poor communication, or no response at all. At times, he was outright disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any profession, let alone estate agency. Communication throughout the process was shocking. I was constantly left chasing for updates, clarification, and basic information that should have been provided without me having to beg for it. Deadlines were unclear, things were poorly explained, and I was often left feeling confused and stressed because no one seemed to care enough to do their job properly. Instead of being supported and guided, I felt ignored and brushed aside. Buying a home is supposed to be handled with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing here. The stress, anxiety, and frustration I went through could have been avoided if Ashley and Jan Foster Estate Agents had shown even a basic level of courtesy and competence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Jan Foster Estate Agents to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, respect for clients, and proper communication. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. This experience left a lasting negative impression and completely took the joy out of buying my home.

The whole team was professional, efficient and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. I would especially like to highlight Wendy, who was incredibly helpful and professional hroughout the process – always patient, proactive and clear in her updates. She consistently followed up on my questions, kept me informed at every stage and really helped to reduce the stress of buying a property. Sarah and Lorna were also very supportive and responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification. From viewings and negotiations through to completion, everything felt well organised and well managed. This was my first purchase through a limited company, and their guidance and coordination made a real difference. I am very grateful for all their efforts and would be more than happy to work with Next2buy again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rachel and Victoria from the team were so helpful, I dont think I would have got to the end of the sale without their support. The whole team stayed in regular contact with me and after a terrible experience with the solicitor, who I never spoke to once, Rachel and her team became my main source of information and communication. We had tried to sell our period home a few years ago, but despite Rob Symonds' best efforts at that time getting prospective buyers through and enthusing them about our home we were let down by a couple of dubious surveyors being unfairly negative about the house. After a few years renting it out, we went to sell again. Selling a home is always stressful but we felt we would be in good hands from our previous experience, and we were not wrong. Claire and Rob provided an efficient, pleasant and 'personal' advice and service throughout, and steered the sale through with little fuss. Thank you!!
