Based on my personal experience, I encountered ongoing issues with communication, contractual handling and payment-related matters. Certain concerns, including payments and entitlements, remained unresolved despite being formally raised and supported with screenshot, and no meaningful response was provided! For landlords, it is important to clearly establish in advance how the property will be marketed, how pricing will be structured, and whether any all-inclusive (bills included) arrangements may be applied, as these factors can significantly affect outcomes. Overall, anyone (tenants, landlords and employees) considering working with this agency should be prepared for potential complications! 14th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a positive experience with the agency throughout my tenancy. Gail and Ryan were professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They carried out inspections efficiently, made it easy regarding the dates and times of inspections and kept me informed clearly throughout the process. Any queries were handled promptly, and the whole tenancy and move-out process was smooth. I’d happily recommend them.

They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! Particular thanks to Ms. Daisy Spry who has arranged and managed several tenancy issues, as well as repairs and redecorations (also Debbie and Kirstey in the past) . There were plenty of conversations to juggle along the way and a fair few curveballs on completion day itself, but they stayed helpful and really responsive throughout. 29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rook Matthews Sayer (Jesmond) have managed my property for the last 17 years, including around 15 years as a rental property and the last 2 years while it was on the market for sale. Throughout the rental period they were generally reliable and easy to deal with. Whenever maintenance issues arose, they would contact me promptly and arrange local contractors to carry out the work at reasonable cost. Over a long period of ownership, there were no major problems and I felt the property was looked after well. During the sales process there were a few challenges, including a complicated issue involving a neighbouring property which resulted in the power being disconnected to the building. Although this took some time to resolve, RMS were able to provide the information I needed and the sale was ultimately completed successfully. Communication was mainly via email rather than phone calls, but I found the team responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Managing a property from a distance can be difficult, so I appreciated having an agent who could deal with issues on my behalf over many years. Overall, I would like to thank the team at RMS Jesmond for their support over the last 17 years and wish them all the best for the future.

Nadine is the property manager for my building and she is always fantastic, keeps in touch with anything we need to know, is informative friendly and professional. I have no concerns if I ever need to email her. She is a true credit to Bowson.

Great guidance and attention to detail after this with Alison taking me through the process and providing regular updates on progress. Alison also chased up the buyer and their estate agent (they weren't as on the ball as she was!) regularly and liaise with my solicitor. She replied promptly to any queries and the sale progressed quickly. Whole experience was very good - would definitely use again. Thank you!

From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br>They were extremely helpful in liaising with the landlord to ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out, and they were also accommodating in making it possible for me to extend my tenancy until I was able to move. After I moved out, they continued to provide excellent support by assisting with the process of recovering my deposit.<br>I would happily recommend their services to other tenants or landlords looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
