We had 4 agents come out to value our home and chose Reeds Rains because Kate explained everything very well, had a lot of evidence to back up her valuation and brought along brochures of properties we had said we were interested in! Very professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend this branch! Thank you again girls x

I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! 11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been renting a property which Bowson manage for over 5 years now and I have been incredibly happy with the management and running of things and particularly the speedy responses should I have any issues. Nadine is the property manager for my building and she is always fantastic, keeps in touch with anything we need to know, is informative friendly and professional. I have no concerns if I ever need to email her. She is a true credit to Bowson.

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!

From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br>They were extremely helpful in liaising with the landlord to ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out, and they were also accommodating in making it possible for me to extend my tenancy until I was able to move. After I moved out, they continued to provide excellent support by assisting with the process of recovering my deposit.<br>I would happily recommend their services to other tenants or landlords looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
