18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.- 8th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)It was a very pleasing customer experience dealing with Sarah Mains. My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. Thank you to both Scott and Lindsey.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Their write up of their profile is spot on. From start to finish they updated me constantly and staff especially Joe are just lovely. Sadly I had to withdraw my home from sale due to personal circumstances and they were so understanding. I couldn’t recommend enough.
3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Very poor experience. We moved into a house that had slugs on the bottom floor and an unusable back garden due to it being filled with rubbish. The slugs remained an additional tenant throughout our stay. When we moved out we left the house in a satisfactory and clean condition with us having cleaned it just before moving out. Mansons are renovating the house with large scale building work however still decided it was appropriate to charge us a cleaning fee, something that they must've clearly missed on last years tenants based on the initial state of the house

She provided excellent and empathetic support and truly understood how deeply emotionally and challenging time it was for us and helped us throughout the process. She was on hand to discuss anything that arose and handled unexpected hurdles with professionalism that made a world of difference. She made this process so easy and would wholeheartedly recommend Liane at cloud estates when selling your property.

Since the new laws had come into place he explained it all to me. I would have no hesitation contacting him or going through him to find more rentals when we are looking for more accommodation in the future. Many thanks x

They are very well connected and have very good relationship the with solicitors we used, which helped greatly in moving things along swiftly.<br>Thank you so much for your outstanding service support and expertise in getting us over the finishing line!<br>The sale of our property and purchase of our new bungalow was completed in record time!<br>We 100% wouldn't have been able to do it without Julie, John and team pushing, advising where needed and driving things forward.<br>I will certainly highly recommend them to anyone and I myself will not need look anywhere else for assistance in this field!<br><br>Thanks for everything!
6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible experience as a tenant in a managed property.<br>There was a leak in the flat that was damaging the neighbour below's ceiling. Contacted Northwood who said they had arranged a contractor for the next day who didn't turn up.<br>Neighbour's ceiling near-collapsed forcing me to pay over £1000 in emergency bank holiday fees for a plumber to visit.<br>That was 3 months ago and they refuse to even reply to my emails requesting for just information as to what is to happen next.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I would like to start with that the sales team are great and provide a smooth service for a lovely property we stayed in from 2024-25.<br><br>However, as a student the deposit process at the end of our tenancy was painful. They took OVER 3 months to come back to us with the deposit deductions.<br>After a long time chasing them for explanations with emails and having to go into the shop multiple times. We were told that they would not talk about deductions in person and would only do this on email, despite previously taking weeks to reply to emails.<br><br>Overall an off-putting end, feeling scammed with an unhelpful deposit team.<br>Wouldn’t use these agents again.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)5* Service from Start to Finish — Sale & Purchase<br>I recently used Target’s services both for the sale of my property and for buying one of their listed properties, and I was blown away by the personal customer service from Joe and Keileigh. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, always being available to help — even 7 days a week. They negotiated the absolute best offer for the property I was selling, even when other agents had undervalued it. Later on in the process, when the chain sometimes felt like it had come to a stop, they were proactive in contacting parties much further up the chain to keep the transaction moving, which made such a difference. Their friendly communication and genuine support made everything feel much smoother and less stressful. I’d happily recommend Target to anyone looking for a local estate agent who truly goes the extra mile. Thank you again to Joe, Keileigh, and the team at Target.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
