4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Its probably not very often that the purchaser reviews the vendor's estate agents after a purchase and provides a 5-star rating. But I feel Lynn, Sarah and, until her retirement, the inimitable Val are exceptional. We had what appeared to be a simple purchase which through no fault of theirs became very protracted. These ladies kept us sane! They were balanced and sympathetic to both parties and provided honest and clear communication (across the Atlantic in the case of our vendors.) We are now very happy owners in Kenton Bank Foot and happy to provide this reference.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.

They set up a WhatsApp group from the start so that we were all up to date despite meetings, holidays or simply snoozing after lunch. All the team were very helpful but Patrick deserves particular mention in dispatches because of his invaluable help and advice in connection with our onward purchase in England. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

It wasn’t an easy sale with loads of interest and had few issues along the way but Charlotte, Natasha and Louise were always there when we needed them. They were all very positive and reassuring.
