They said they tried to phone me despite them having my phone number, email details etc and them phoning me this week already to confirm the viewing...
30th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

They carried out inspections efficiently, made it easy regarding the dates and times of inspections and kept me informed clearly throughout the process. Any queries were handled promptly, and the whole tenancy and move-out process was smooth. I’d happily recommend them.

I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! Particular thanks to Ms. Daisy Spry who has arranged and managed several tenancy issues, as well as repairs and redecorations (also Debbie and Kirstey in the past) . 11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Sale agreed very quickly after getting multiple offers. Sound advice provided so I could assess potential buyers and select the right one. Great guidance and attention to detail after this with Alison taking me through the process and providing regular updates on progress. Alison also chased up the buyer and their estate agent (they weren't as on the ball as she was!) regularly and liaise with my solicitor. She replied promptly to any queries and the sale progressed quickly. Whole experience was very good - would definitely use again. Thank you!

From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br>They were extremely helpful in liaising with the landlord to ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out, and they were also accommodating in making it possible for me to extend my tenancy until I was able to move. After I moved out, they continued to provide excellent support by assisting with the process of recovering my deposit.<br>I would happily recommend their services to other tenants or landlords looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.
