The whole team were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. We were always kept updated, which made the whole process feel straightforward and as stress-free as possible. The marketing of the property was also excellent. The photographs were high quality and really captured the property at its best. A special mention to Sarah Hill, who was my designated agent throughout the process. Sarah was fantastic — knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring, and always available whenever I had a question or needed help. Her guidance and attention to detail made a real difference, and I always felt I was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Peter Heron to anyone looking to sell their property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

This time it was my son’s house, and once again the whole team went above and beyond from start to finish.<br><br>Sam and Leanne have been absolutely brilliant, always friendly, professional and willing to go that extra mile. The whole team work so well together and genuinely care about their clients.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northwood to anyone looking to sell their home. 18th May 2023 (3 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

Alex showed us around a few properties before our final one, she has patience of a saint. Always there to answer our questions.<br>Julie was our point of contact during sale progression, she is friendly, always at hand for questions. Must say she is an excellent communicator. We didn’t have the smoothest of sale (not AC fault or ours) but Julie was our negotiating agent who was patient knowledgeable and kept chipper throughout.<br>10/10 for this office

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way. He also offered thoughtful suggestions about what could be done with the property, helping me visualise its potential and imagine how I could make it my own.<br>After such a lengthy search, this level of personal involvement, professionalism and genuine care really stood out.
