Both Bryony and Cherylle were extremely professional, keeping us informed when it was necessary but not in a way that was intrusive. They obviously know the market and were able to target a particular type of buyer for our house. The whole process was remarkably easy and stress free, due in part to their personal attention but nevertheless business like approach.

18th May 2023 (3 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.- 21st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Great experience selling our house with Sanderson Young. The sales staff were great and then the sales progression team went above and beyond to help us when others in our chain weren’t doing their job properly. Thoroughly recommend!

It was useful to be able to pop into the shop locally , as by phone there were often other people from other branches answering! The team were compassionate and supportive in complex circumstances and patient when it all took a long time from initial enquiry to completion.

They set up a WhatsApp group from the start so that we were all up to date despite meetings, holidays or simply snoozing after lunch. All the team were very helpful but Patrick deserves particular mention in dispatches because of his invaluable help and advice in connection with our onward purchase in England. We could not have done it without him. Thank you to all the team, we can thoroughly recommend you.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

When the sale fell through, family members encouraged me to look at an alternative agent but I felt it was sensible to continue & things improved dramatically. I was very grateful for all the agent did to complete the sale.
