19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Excellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none.<br>From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much ?????? We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

Steve, Jules, and Amelia were hands on from the start and the communication and support we received throughout a complex period was fantastic. Unlike some estate agents in the area who make promises that they do not fulfil, FHP provide a first class, personal service from start to finish.

I really appreciate the way they treat me they have fulfilled my all enquiries and sort my things out. Specially thanks to Sophie. I really recommend if anybody wants to sale and let the property visit bairstow eves in nottingham.

11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Selling a detached property in Burton Joyce whilst being based in London could have been a nightmare. With Elite Homes, it was the opposite. They were proactive at every turn. When an issue arose at the property, they were there before I even had to ask. They managed contractors, arranged and followed up every viewing, and kept the whole process moving without me needing to chase a thing. The thing that really struck me was that they were genuinely on my side. They negotiated a strong price, kept me fully in the loop, and never once felt like they were just going through the motions. I physically could not have asked for more. If you want an agent who treats your sale like it matters, Elite Homes is the only call you need to make.

As a first-time landlord, I was naturally a little nervous about renting out my property, but they made the entire process so much easier. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and gave me so much reassurance every step of the way.<br><br>I really appreciate the high standards they have, not only for landlords but also for tenants. 18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

7th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was issued a section 21 eviction notice by my landlady, who decided she wanted to sell the property I rented, via Frank Innes. They were not only apologetic but immediately started helping me to find a new home. I must thank Ellie and Molly for their friendly and expert support in making my move much less stressful. They kept me informed throughout on what was happening with the flat I was moving into and were always willing to let me view the property before moving in. I also found the sales team equally friendly and professional. Before the move they would ask if prospective buyers of the house could view at a time that suited me. The whole process of moving was smooth and easy. Excellent service, Many thanks.
