She put in so much effort into helping answer all my questions and showing me around the flat, and I really appreciated her warm energy and support throughout the process (especially as someone moving to London from abroad). Having had experience with other agents and other companies, no one matched the level of effort I felt that Jean put in to helping me! I’m so grateful for the kindness and work she put into supporting me, and I would definitely recommend her and Foxtons to anyone looking for a flat in London!

Wasn’t really pushy or salesy! He helped us a lot with the house search and was quick to reply whenever we had questions. Made the whole process way less stressful. Would definitely recommend him if you’re looking in the area

She managed to get me a viewing for a highly sought-after flat when slots were very limited, and gave me some great advice along the way. In the end, we got the flat!<br><br>Pam is not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely positive, friendly, and human. She made what can be a stressful process feel much easier and more personal. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Make sure you take a picture of the every single item in the houses, they accused you of stealing items, when I have email Lanlord cousin will take most the belongings after they charged me accused me of stealing staff, I have pictures of items I have asked to be cleared from the house because it was most personal staff, after they charged me of missing items, Taylor foxton worker unprofessional accusing me of stealing things from the house, manager doesn’t want to put a report on her because they don’t know I have emails to prove Lanlord took the most items which she didn’t give a report what she has taken after they try to charge me, they try to charge me because the carpet was out of its place, make sure you video record every single item,

The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

I couldn't have asked for better one-to-one communication and reassurance from Imran, who deals with lettings.<br>I was initially hesitant and wondered whether using a smaller, independent company was the right decision to find a tenant, as I had previously used larger agencies such as Foxtons and Chestertons. However, Rochester Place has been outstanding.<br>Their communication has been excellent throughout, always responding promptly and providing reassurance whenever needed. They also offer access to an affordable maintenance team, which has been a real benefit.<br>Rochester Place advertises on Rightmove just like the larger agencies, so choosing a smaller company certainly doesn't mean compromising on exposure. In fact, the biggest advantage is the personalised, one-to-one customer care they provide.<br>Thanks to their efficient service, they found me a tenant within just a few weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rochester Place to anyone looking for a professional, responsive and reliable estate agent in NW1. Thank you Imran and Team
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently secured an apartment to rent in London through Foxtons, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As I live around 2.5 hours away, a clear and honest video viewing was really important. Many agents I contacted were either slow, vague, or failed to show key details properly, but Amir and Jamal were completely different. The video was transparent, showing the property, access, street, parking, and residential setting clearly. Communication was quick, professional, and straightforward throughout. Amir and Jamal gave clear guidance, helped move the application along quickly, and made what is usually a very stressful rental search feel much easier. Really impressed with the service; clear, upfront, and reliable. Thank you to Amir and Jamal for making the process so smooth.

Josh really listened to what I liked/disliked and consistently followed up with relevant properties and viewings over several weeks. 23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I purchased a flat where Marsh & Parsons were the selling estate agents - Rishi Singh was absolutely fantastic. He worked extremely hard for both sides, and even though I was the purchaser, pushed for fair negotiation on the asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rishi is honest, responsive and very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend him if you need an estate agent.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.

9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Both Rose and Faz, the 2 Managing Directors, are personable, hands-on and very helpful throughout.<br><br>Hemmingfords was also my estate agents for the sales of my flat. I had many offers fall through in previous sales negotiations with other estate agents. Sam Ghadakchi, their Sales Director, was able to get an offer on the table very quickly, helped me choose a good solicitor and facilitated the entire process very smoothly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the Hemmingfords team. Great people and better real estate agents.
