3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

The girls at your Callington branch were so helpful and went the extra mile to help me with all the paperwork and gave me so much support. I cannot thank them enough. Thanks to Sam, Nikki and Emma, you supported me through a heartbreaking and difficult time.

21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

4th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Jack was friendly and kind he understood our situation and was totally invested in us His knowledge of the market and area was top notch He kept us informed and gave us friendly and solid advice when it was needed Jack is a credit to the company and nothing was to much trouble My interaction was good telephone always answered in the office by a very nice gentleman who was always upbeat and helpful always passing on any message Our experience with yourselves has been one of positivity and professional friendliness even in a very difficult market Thankyou ????

But with Jason's reassurance and handling of things it was much more bearable. He was very professional, friendly and hard working. His insight and obvious experience as an estate agent was clear to see.
