After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!

She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

She was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive at every stage, always available when we had questions and very quick to respond. She was also extremely accommodating whenever we needed to make changes to dates or arrangements and always did her best to help.<br><br>The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally, and everything went smoothly and without any problems. We really appreciated the excellent communication and support from start to finish.<br><br>We are very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend the agency, especially Amala, to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful estate agent.<br><br>Thank you so much for making the whole experience so easy and stress-free!

Was really easy to talk to and knew alot about the surrounding area.<br>Cant reccomend them enough and should we decide to move on, Fulfords St Budeaux would be our 1st call.<br><br>Thank you to James and the team for making the move really smooth and being supportive.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)After recently selling my house through Luscombe Maye, I can honestly say that Rebecca and the whole team went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent.<br><br>The communication throughout was excellent, which was particularly important during what became a very long and stressful process. Nobody likes being kept in the dark, and Rebecca and the team were always proactive in keeping me updated and chasing buyers, solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain.<br><br>There were several points where I genuinely thought the sale might fall through, and if it wasn’t for Rebecca and the team’s persistence, hard work and determination, I doubt I would have got to completion.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Luscombe Maye for all your hard work, patience and support. It really was appreciated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Listed in June 2026, Sold moved out and completed In October 2026.<br>Professional, and friendly, approachable, spot on with everything from start to finish. When you phone them, they answer or get back to you, and they are on the ball with your transaction, it feels like you are their only one! They never need to be told anything twice, and have all the latest info and updates on your transaction, from listing to sales progression.<br>Highly recommend them, seriously give them a try !<br>Big big thank you to Emma Champion and Elle Walpole

I never imagined an estate agent could make such a difference, but Gemma truly does.<br>From our very first conversations, her warmth, kindness and sincerity stood out in a way that is incredibly rare. She didn’t just guide me through a stressful process; she made it feel manageable, clearer and, at times, even hopeful.<br>She has this wonderful way of making you feel seen, heard and supported.
