14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sophie and Bailey are just Heaven sent. They helped me through every step of the way whilst securing this property and I couldn’t thank them More. After experiencing property from hell from another agency, the difference with Connells was night and day! Speedy, great communication, reassuring and super helpful and patient! So lovely to talk to over the phone, never felt like I was too much of a hassle! Super super friendly. Cannot recommend enough!- 27th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We had to sell our dad’s house in order to pay for his care home fees after our mother passed away, as she had been his carer. So naturally, it wasn’t a great situation for us to be in.

We asked Connells to come and value the house so we could put it on the market. Sophie came out to the house knowing our situation and was professional, understanding and respectful throughout the whole process.

Connells found us a buyer very quickly. Although the buyer’s solicitors weren’t the fastest, Maddy kept us updated throughout and never seemed to mind me contacting her for updates.

Selling a house is always stressful, especially in circumstances like ours, but Connells made the whole process much easier and a lot less stressful than it could have been.

10 out of 10 in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them.
13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Had a really positive experience with Lara, who showed me around a property recently. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.

She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.

A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Very professional in all my dealings with the Falcon team, successful in securing a full price buyer in under 4 weeks
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I was very impressed with Millie and the team at Your Move, Plymouth. As well as finding a suitable tenant, they were able to provide several contractors who were available at the last minute. I will definitely be using the team for any future tenant searches.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)We had a very positive experience with the agency throughout the whole process of renting a property for my mum, Oleksandra.

Amala, our estate agent, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive at every stage, always available when we had questions and very quick to respond. She was also extremely accommodating whenever we needed to make changes to dates or arrangements and always did her best to help.

The whole process was handled quickly, efficiently and professionally, and everything went smoothly and without any problems. 23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold a unique holiday home in Cornwall with Jackson Stops. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Dan. He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.

By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! We’re so grateful for all the help and support he gave us throughout. Couldn’t recommend Dan and Jackson Stops enough. Thank you for everything Dan ??????
Luscombe Maye - Yealmpton
The Old Bakery, Market Street,Yealmpton,Plymouth,Devon, PL8 2EA(107 reviews)
22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)After recently selling my house through Luscombe Maye, I can honestly say that Rebecca and the whole team went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent.

The communication throughout was excellent, which was particularly important during what became a very long and stressful process. Nobody likes being kept in the dark, and Rebecca and the team were always proactive in keeping me updated and chasing buyers, solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain.

There were several points where I genuinely thought the sale might fall through, and if it wasn’t for Rebecca and the team’s persistence, hard work and determination, I doubt I would have got to completion.

A huge thank you to everyone at Luscombe Maye for all your hard work, patience and support. It really was appreciated, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Amy and the team supported us through our house purchase. Amy was fantastic, really responsive and made the whole house buying situation so much easier. 13th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Steve England's knowledge and experience in the area was invaluable in the sale of my property. He was fully engaged in the process, maintained excellent communication with me on all matters and delivered this with courtesy and warmth. When I observed Steve with prospective buyers, he maintained this warm, open style of communication, which is just what I would expect and hope for from a professional who was interested in helping people find their new special home. Thank you Steve.

5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)?????????? Exceptional people who made a difficult process so much easier ??????????

I originally wanted to leave this review for Gemma Dolley, but as my sale progressed, I felt I simply couldn’t leave Carolina out. They have helped me in different ways, and both deserve recognition for the difference they have made throughout this process.
Gemma Dolley

Working with Gemma has been one of the most unexpectedly comforting and genuinely heart-lifting experiences I’ve had in the property world. I never imagined an estate agent could make such a difference, but Gemma truly does.
From our very first conversations, her warmth, kindness and sincerity stood out in a way that is incredibly rare. She didn’t just guide me through a stressful process; she made it feel manageable, clearer and, at times, even hopeful.
She has this wonderful way of making you feel seen, heard and supported. Never rushed, never judged and never treated like just another number, but like a real person going through a significant life change.
Gemma is endlessly patient, incredibly responsive and consistently goes above and beyond. She explains things gently, reassures you when you’re overwhelmed, offers honest guidance and always makes you feel that your needs genuinely matter.
What touched me most was her genuine care. She doesn’t just sell houses; she helps people. I will always be grateful for the humanity she brought to this experience. She really is a rare gem. ??????

Carolina
As the sale progressed, Carolina became another person I felt incredibly fortunate to have involved.
She has been absolutely exceptional. She regularly called me with updates, contacted the other parties herself, followed things up and made sure I knew what was happening rather than leaving me wondering. She also gave me practical advice about things I could arrange in advance, which helped enormously when everything became stressful and uncertain.
What meant the most was feeling that she was genuinely involved and genuinely wanted to help. I never felt that she was simply passing information from one person to another. She listened, understood the situation and actively tried to move things forward.
There were times when simply receiving a call from Carolina and knowing that somebody was actually looking into things made the whole situation feel much more manageable.
She combines professionalism and efficiency with genuine kindness and human understanding, and that is something you don’t forget.

I’m incredibly grateful to both Gemma and Carolina. They have each gone above and beyond in their own way and have made what could have been a very stressful and lonely process considerably easier.

They are both an absolute credit to Julian Marks, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Thank you both, genuinely, for everything you have done for me. Your help and kindness have meant far more than you probably realise. ??????

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We've had recently purchased our first home and had the pleasure of working with Greg Dennett and we can't recommend enough.
