31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had Sophie and Bailey helping with my move! Bailey was fabulous! I had a viewing in the morning and got declined for that property, I was do disheartened! He was so quick to find me another property to view and I viewed it that afternoon! He was so understanding, had a very bubbly attitude and was easily to talk too/ask questions! Sophie managed the financially side of things and the paperwork (Bailey got the good half of the deal ????????????) she was super! She had me phoning her almost everyday! And if I wasn’t on the phone I was emailing her! I was so anxious about everything! She was kind, reassuring and no question was too big or small for her! She had such a warm welcoming when I came and collected my keys for the property! She talked me through everything in so much detail! Both Sophie and Bailey were amazing and I can’t fault ether of them, I’ve got nothing “bad” to say! Your both an asset to your team
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Bought my first home with Fox and Sons. Jack was constantly on the ball trying to ensure things went smoothly as possible. Sadly due to some solistors not being up to standard, almost had the sale fall through. Went into Fox and Sons and managed to locate another team thanks to Jack and Lee. After that was smooth saling and managed to get it all done! Thanks again for the viewing and sale!

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Overall Falcon were good but did not do some of the marketing they had suggested they would do. For example they did not hold any open days as they had suggested they would. The property sold after only about 4 viewings in the 5 months it was on the market. Once the offer was accepted, Falcon were helpful and efficient.- 6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The team at Fox and Sons have been brilliant supporting me to find a new property. Mia was particularly amazing, being very responsive and helpful with viewings and keeping me updated on the progress. Thank you.
29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Sam at the Plymouth office was incredibly persistent and helpful ensuring my complicated sale got to completion. However frustrating the transaction became at times she was always on hand pushing to ensure we got the right result. Even if it became annoying on occasion her persistence definitely paid off!
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!- 20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)The team at St Budeaux office were amazing throughout. They always answered the phone and talked us through every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Rang to arrange a valuation on a Monday- Tom advised would confirm appointment with a later call- Tuesday- no response- called- got answering machine, Left a message. Wednesday 1500 still no call to book. Obviously don't need customers with such appalling customer service!! In response to their reply. PAUL JAMES spoke to Tom, who said he would speak to Sarah, responder, to review. If we hadn't rung and spoke to them how would we know their names! We left full address details emails phone numbers. Too late now as basically calling us liars. Happy to send screenshots of dates and times the calls were made! As we are most certainly not lying! Maybe ask Tom why he didn't follow up on my husbands call to book a valuation?!

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
13th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I have now tried calling this company now for 3 days, left a number of messages all you get is the answer phone. Was looking to buy. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
10th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)Three viewings were booked immediately the house was put on the market. The first person to view was the person who bought the house,which sold in three days at the full asking price.
