Their communication after the initial sale was really first class and the after sales team kept us up to date when news came. They were equally as frustrated as we were with all the solicitors involved in the sale and I am still at a loss as to why that process took nearly 6 months! First class service from start to finish from Charters though

The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

We viewed with Becky and, although the house wasn't in the best state at the time, she was incredibly friendly and accommodating in helping us see the potential in a lovely home. We then were helped by Emily throughout the referencing process, who was responsive, professional and a really valuable contact for any questions we had. The whole process has been seamless, and the cottage was professionally cleaned and in a great condition on move in day, as promised.

14th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)I can not praise Phil Charman enough, he is an expert in his job. Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
