I have found Cubitt and West staff to be patient, informative and driven to provide great customer service.<br><br>I was previously advertising my flat with an alternative agency. Becky consistently checked in and gave guidance and support. From this, I ended up going with representation with C&W and my flat was let in record time!<br><br>Thank you Becky!- 17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Although the house we viewed with Your Move wasn’t for us, as a fellow estate agent it was really pleasing to come across a firm that does the basics well. The lines of communication and speed of response after my initial inquiry to view was spot-on and a particular mention to Charlie who met us at the viewing. Very nice chap, a refreshing laid-back approach but well informed as well. Hope to see more properties with them.

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

The team are incredible - they keep you updated, they proactively hunt for buyers and they ensure anyone coming to view is vetted and gets the best possible experience of the property. Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.

Marc was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, as were his staff. Communication was excellent and it made what can be a stressful process, not a stressful process. Once the sale was complete Marc was there at my new address to hand me the keys.<br>Marc's years of experience in the industry shone through and I can't thank him and his team enough. I would highly recommend buying a property through Nesbitt and Sons.<br>Thankyou.<br>Mr Roberts.
