From the start when we met Sara Morgan, we were impressed with their straightforward, no nonsense approach to selling our house. The staff in the office were excellent in arranging viewings and letting us know how those viewings went. Once the property was sold we were served excellently by Louise Thompson-Dodd of the Progression Team with plenty of conversations and always available vie phone and email. Even when the first sale fell through we were able to re market straight and a new buyer found the next day to get us back on track. Right up to when contracts were exchanged Sims Williams were there to help with last minute hiccups. Cannot recommend Sims Williams highly enough, 5 stars is not enough!

23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Having worked with Charlotte Turner, over the last 12 months or more, it's obvious that Charlotte is passionate about all things related to the property market, always offering valuable, "matter of fact" advice, which delivers results, her attention to detail prior to marketing is 2nd to none, with each Vendor receiving a bespoke service start to finish.<br>If you are selling in PO21 or the direct postcodes, I would highly recommend you contact Charlotte Turner.
22nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He kept us informed throughout and gave clear advice.

This was our first time purchasing a property through the modern auction process, so naturally we had lots of questions. Malachi was incredibly reassuring throughout, always taking the time to answer every question quickly and thoroughly, which really put our minds at ease.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use Mann Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend Malachi to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).- 9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)Fantastic estate agent management company to work with. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
