8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I am extremely satisfied with all team from Sims Williams Walberton. From beginning they support me through a stressful move under difficult circumstances. From start to finish the communication was clear on regular basis. Everyone was friendly, professional, I can’t thank you enough for all hard work and support.

23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had written a 5 star rating based on the initial experience. But sadly its all gone down hill at renewal. Current agreement expired in May and we still don't have a new contract. We have chased.. yes we wanted some changes i.e. a 2 year contract but this was requested in 2022. Yes we wanted to make some improvements but these were approved the same day by the landlady in October 2022. Sadly the new Manager seems to be on a power trip and makes certain tenants feel second best by totally ignoring them. We have rented since 2011, occupying properties managed by Savills and House.Partnership so we are well versed with rental etiquette. This renewal is by far the worst. The response rate across the Branch Manager and Renewals contact is less than 4%. My advice? look elsewhere, this is a really traumatic experience bordering on intimidation which makes us feel incredibly vulnerable as tenants. Its not something i would want anyone to go through.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We recently used Hancocks to help sell our house and were very impressed. Market conditions were not particularly easy, but the team identified a buyer and worked hard to ensure that timely progress was made.
Joel is very professional and efficient and manages the team well, ensuring that everything stays on track. The team is also very professional, friendly and helpful. They handled the viewings well for us, consulted us regularly and kept us well-informed.
And a special mention must go to Karen, an experienced estate agent who has recently joined the team. Joel specifically asked her to prioritise progress-chasing for us when unexpected delays at the buyers' solicitors threatened to slow things down and she was absolutely excellent, chasing in an unfailingly courteous but terrier-like way. She was also friendly, efficient and cheerful - a real pleasure to work with.
All in all, a very positive experience with a professional and friendly team whom we would not hesitate to recommend.
