17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

16th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

Arvin, Evie, Callum and Brian were always available if we had any questions. The end result was a swift and seamless sale. A big thank you for an excellent service.

4th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. 11th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)One Friday afternoon awaiting an exchange on a property purchase a last minute wall structure issue stopped everything. Nicholas Booker at Graves Jenkins had been recommended to me so I called him. After reviewing all of the technical specifications cross sections and calculations for the build, over the weekend, he called me on Monday morning to give an all clear. Kind. Courteous. Professional. Knowledgeable and a sense of humour. I was treated as though I was the companies most important client of many years standing! I can’t thank Nick enough.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)If you’re looking for a first class agent to sell your home Greenaway, is definitely the best. They were the only agents who consistently produced people to view. (We were originally on with 3 multi agents.) Once an offer had been excepted Michael has gone way over and above what we expected to ensure the chain completed. There were numerous “bumps in the road” as always expected during a sale and purchase but Michael was consistently chasing, updating and emailing a number of other agents and solicitors, to keep us up to date on progress.<br>I would highly recommend Michael and the team, you will NOT be disappointed and all at a very reasonable cost. Thank you so much team Greenaway. X
